McHale & Co - big thankyou
We were trying to deal with our mums passing and her estate. The solicitor we had at the time made a complete hash of it, and even lost the will! We moved to McHale & co which was the best decision we have ever made. Our solicitor was Paul Brocklehurst who was very thorough, approachable. Professional and had a good sense of humour, which lifted us when we were feeling down. He listened to our issues and then explained the options at a level we could easily understand. We appointed Paul then and there. To cut a long story short, he applied for and got a grant of administration as the previous solicitors had lost will. Paul paid all creditors so we could then acted on mums wishes and her estate was closed. All throughout the process Paul kept us up to date which was brilliant.
I can’t recommend McHale & Co highly enough and especially Paul. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
