Is there a customer services at MCE?
I paid for and received a SSD 1TB Flash Storage drive in August 2017.
It was faulty and I sent it back on the 12th of October 2017. It took me many emails to receive a response from anyone.
In January 2018 I was offered a faster replacement it arrived March 20th and was faulty. I have now been spending 18 months trying to get a response from MCE TECH. I have sent back the faulty drive and asked them to return my original monies.
They just don't reply.
