xox.com.my is stealing money from customers

They are stealing money from customers. The web shop is broken and it takes money from customers, but does not deliver ordered and paid products, just gived an error message and crash.

If you try to get your money back, it will take many months, dozens of emails and hundreds of hours time wasted. For those who you are very persistent and lucky, they might return a small portion of the money they stole.

No signal - sim expiry is 4 days away.

No signal - sim expiry is 4 days away.
My SIM expiry is 26 September 2021. I'm not receiving any calls and cannot make calls. I'm at my apartment and there is no signal. Did have signal last week. Contacted support last night via web form. They've replied saying I can't connect to internet because I don't have a package. I'm not trying to connect to Internet. I've replied about 6 hours ago telling them this. No response yet.

update: was able to figure out the issue. changed 'network' from 'automatic' to 'manual' then selected one of four available networks manually until the signal reappeared. Support hasn't got back to me yet about my email this morning requesting support.
