Customer Service the worst I’ve seen in a McDonalds!

30 mins wait for an order in a V quiet restaurant

When we complained no one took ownership and still we waited too long.
No apology. In fact the male staff member with the v blonde hair showed arrogance and was rude when finishing the order.

Feedback for him-Customer Service is not the industry for you.

This restaurant has no leader or organisation.

Poor-very poor

Chris from Doncaster East helped me order the meal I wanted and he literally helped do my whole online order for me. Great service and friendly as well. He was busy yet he took the time to help me. Plus your manager was also very helpful too and I apologise I don’t know her name.

Most of the young workers are OK but a lot if them are rude and their fake smiles are a joke

I was at my friends house and we ordered 3 big mac meals to separate between 2 people, the delivery took half an hour when McDonalds is 5 minutes away from the house I was at, when the bags of food got there they were soggy and cold.
What I think is pathetic is when I went to get my food out my bag I was missing everything except 2 burgers that weren't even the burgers I ordered, when I called your company to ask for either a refund or my actual meal and the person on the phone laughed and said to me "Sorry but we're busy at the moment".

Me and my friend I was getting food for went into MacDonald's to get our refund or a whole new meal the person at the counter gave us attitude, kept laughing at us then we finally got the meal we ordered.

I just had fillet of fish and fries from McDonald's Newcomb. It seriously tasted like cardboard, fries were cold. McDonald's has lost its way 'Not lovin it'. I will never buy from McDonald's again!

Just had a meal at Albion Brisbane. We ordered via the electronic system. Placed the order for table service. This did not occur as we had to go to the counter to pick our meal. There was not a clean table in the whole of the restaurant when we arrived. There were no customers in the restaurant when we arrived. A young lady came out to clean the tables while we there, and did so with no enthusiasm at all. There was no hurry. The manager had no idea what was going on in the restaurant as he was caught at the takeaway window and didn’t leave it.
It took over 20 minutes for the meal to be prepared. And then it was not as ordered.
It appears that they are trying to save money and meet company benchmarks.
The table beside us was still not cleared and we had been in the restaurant for 45 minutes.
Very disappointing.
As only a couple months ago, I gave them a positive review. They appear to have fallen downhill big time.

I went to McDonald's Geelong on the Cnr of Ryrie St & Yarra St with my Mum on Saturday 1st April 2023 afternoon for Lunch with my Mum and I had the Grilled McChicken Burger and my Mum had a Chicken Wrap. The food was terrible so I avoid this place at all costs also while she was getting me a Hot Chocolate the lady just opened the back door of my Mum's car and she dropped 2 bags of food on the floor without asking, which is totally inappropriate.

Ordered Iced Coffee on full cream. After waiting close to 10 min was told they had no full cream and would I accept skim to which I agreed. Now they are located in a shopping centre above Coles and Aldi who both sell milk from the daury section. It took close to 20 mins to get my order from when I arrived at the counter maybe 15 mins from when I placed my order. First sip of the Iced Coffee was terrible. I took it home and made it suitable to drink. No more skim milk iced coffee - unlikely to order from Redbank Plaza in the forseeable future

will never eat at McDonalds West Lakes SA again. The toilets were beyond gross my husband said there was urine all over the floor which workers would be walking in and transferring to the kitchen. The food was horrible and the restaurant was also filthy.

Go to plainlands McDonald’s every Sunday. I have a reg flat white on skim with an extra shot every time, have never recorded what I have ordered in the past 3 months

Recently went and was served by this really really nice girl called Chloe Sheahan she was great and really fast so fast that i think they should move her up to drive through.

They didn’t give me a straw for my drink or a spoon of my muffin

Lakelands staff were too interested in having a chat. I ordered a coffee at 6am with two extra shots. What I got was a coffee with two sugars. I was the only customer so no excuses. Obviously I had to bin the coffee. Could go back as I was already on the road

Waited 10 minutes (only 3 other customers in store at 2pm) before asking where my order was. Told it was coming, they had "just been waiting on chips". 30 seconds later, they called my number. Went to grab the 2 burger meals, told they are just about to get the drinks...
The lemonade tasted like plain soda water. BBQ bacon Angus burger had so much BBQ sauce, everything slid out of the bun and I couldn't taste anything else. Made a huge mess with every bite.

Mcdonalds warragul is the slowest service I've ever experienced at a McDonalds, the second lane is completely forgotten about, on 2 occasions I've sat there waiting for someone to answer while continuing to answer lane 1, and have had to move to the window with no order.

My husband and I went to McDonalds at Westminster WA for lunch today and watched the manager be rude to his customers and harassed a young staff member in front of customers and other employees. His behaviour can best be described as workplace bullying and harassment and he was arrogant enough to treat his staff in this fashion when I was standing right next to them waiting to be served. He is obviously not astute enough to recognise a training opportunity and used the situation to belittle a younger member of staff instead.

How is their rating even as high as 1.8?!? Maccas has absolutely gone down the tubes. Prices have skyrocketed so they're not even cheap anymore. But it's not the fact it's gone up, that's understandable, it's how much it's gone up that's unacceptable. Maccas at Gracemere QLD wanted $4-75 for a cheeseburger that their own site says should be $3-75 in November of 2022. A cheeseburger for goodness sake - it's a squishy little bun with a piece of meat, a couple of pickles, a tiny squirt of tomato sauce, and a slice of cheese! So now price gouging is a standard practice for Maccas apparently, and prices are NOT the same across the board. It won't be long before you're done in Australia Maccas, because you just can't please anybody by the looks of the reviews. I know I'll be going elsewhere!!!

Maccas need to explain the reason why every single one of their sites are so Crap. Crap service, Slow Service, Cold food. In general just Crap. You really need to sort your business out as you are getting so expensive and providing a worse experience everytime.

I had a Spicey Burger & chips from Bega McDonalds today. It was the last time I'll ever buy anything from McDonalds again. The chips had no potato in them & the burger was too hot (chilli). It had chunks of lettuce & slapped together. The whole meal was disgusting.
