After making contact through the advertisement and checking I could possibly get an iva the process was quick and easy. I talked my situation through with an adviser who was very helpful and understanding and adviced me of my options I agreed an iva was my best solution, I then left the company to sort out the iva on my behalf and it was excepted by my creditors. I'm happy to say the process was extremely easy and put my mind at rest .

The whole process is very unnerving and complicated however I found the service was very good
The different colleagues all know the case history there was cohesion no matter who I spoke with I really recommend 5 ⭐️

I can't rate McCambridge Duffy ( especially my case manager Michael Peoples) highly enough, after changing a 20 year long career and starting own business which started well and didn't go to plan, I ended up in debt and makimg more debt to clear debt, then when I realised all my personal savings were gone my income wasnt keeping up with the debt let alone living costs. I had no idea what to do then got recommended to try for IVA I tried a big name company that's always on national radio and TV adverts, ( Credit Fix) 2-3 hours in the phone with them and kept getting passed around different people then never heard back, they didn't seem too bothered to help, so after a google search came across McCambridge Duffy and so glad I did, after initial 20 min call doing income expenditure I was then booked in for official call with Michael which lasted 1 hour, after this I literally had nothing else to do apart from let my creditors know I was going through an IVA which was set for just under 4 weeks time.
I got accepted by all creditors, Michael was hugely helpful and was 100% concerned we definitely were left with enough money monthly to still live.
My Anxiety that I had never ever suffered or experienced untill I realised all my savings had gone, debt had gone up and up and I wasn't managing has now gone and I feel a 2nd lease of live. Thanks Michael and team at McCambridge Duffy

Thank you from the bottom of my heart was at rock bottom bad break up and family bereavement was put in contact with mc Cambridge Duffy who were wonderful arranged my Iva few phone calls and it was sorted and a weight lifted off my chest .. Iva creditors meeting received phone call of wonderful lady Emma who advised it was accepted and I’ve not been this happy in a lot of years thank you for the help the understanding and now I can take the steps to get my life back on track .. thank you

When I unexpectedly lost 75% of my income, I was distraught because over the years I’d amassed six figures worth of debt and didn’t know where to turn.

Thankfully I found McCambridge Duffy, in particular I found Michael Peoples who has changed my life forever!

I explained the desperate situation I was in and he calmly explained my options. We had a long conversation and he agreed to draft an IVA proposal for me. He was totally understanding and non-judgemental and he said he would do everything he possibly could to sort out my problems.

Within 3 hours of our call the proposal was sent through to me, which I immediately signed electronically. The following day the meeting of creditors was called (for 16 days later).

I had a stressful couple of weeks because my proposal seemed impossible for creditors to agree to - at least to me, but Michael assured me they would never put something together that was unacceptable to creditors or unachievable for me. The return for them was only 8p in the £ and the entire IVA would be completed in just 11 months as I was offering some money in my full and final proposal.

My meeting was yesterday at 2pm but at 11am I received a call from Emma in the creditors meeting team who was genuinely excited to tell me the news that 100% of the creditors who voted on the proposal had agreed to it and that I’d already passed the 75% success threshold that was required.

As you can imagine I was overwhelmed with relief and so grateful that I’d discovered the excellent team at McCambridge Duffy.

I write this detailed review because I searched the web for help and if I’d seen this beforehand it would have pointed me in the right direction sooner.

If you’re in a situation like I was, I urge you to call MCD who will work tirelessly to help you sort out your situation, I doubt it could be worse than mine was. I hope this genuine and honest review helps others and I cannot thank the team at McCambridge Duffy enough.

Michael Peoples is a hero, and all the team including Chris who I first spoke to, and Emma who gave me the life changing news yesterday, are the very best you could ever wish to talk to.

Brilliant company so understanding and patient when waiting for information I couldn’t provide them for over a month there was no pestering just understanding with no judgements! I’m no longer worried how I’m going to pay my bills after taking loans out to get by each month. All been put into one smaller payment which is so much more manageable. Would recommend to anyone thinking about it!
