Helpful all the way and managed to end it a few months early

From the very beginning when the unimaginable happened to our family, myself the sole breadwinner who was fit as a fiddle and running marathons had a major heart attack causing 55% damage to my heart. I had no choice but to take off 6months to recover which resulted in unmanageable dept which I'd never had, the process was quick professional and understanding, I didn't feel shame and just gave me breathing space, I got the opportunity to complete one year early thanks to amazing daughter. I was really anxious as to what to expect, being dyslexic I struggle with the form's but I had a lovely lady called Emma who was so helpful and talked me through everything. Emma was above and beyond, customer service was 100% I couldn't of asked for such a lovely lady to help me. I woukd highly recommend this company.

Can’t think McCambridge Duffy enough for sorting my IVA.
