Nothing is guaranteed when you bet and you can't win all the time

It's simple really you place your bets you take your chances. Never bet what you can't afford to lose obviously we all want to win and it's brilliant when it happens.

As for claims they don't pay out if you win is totally false your told at the beginning to show ID like a bill with your name and address on it birth certificate bank statement. They don't not pay out they just want proof that you are who you say you are. So it's best to show some form of proof early on then you won't have any issues.

I showed proof early on and when I did win they pay out within 24/48 hours sometimes much faster

So again for people that say they won't pay out if you win do you honestly think the company would still be in business if that was really true.

Your not going to win every time you bet on anything that's why it's great and brilliant when you do win.

If you have issues with the company actually communicate with them and give them a chance to resolve your problems or issues.

And just to be clear I've not received a fee or free bets of any kind for posting positive views about the company it's purely my opinion thoughts and views.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED

Been with Mcbookies a couple of years, but since reading these reviews, have doubted if I won anything worthwhile, they would actually pay it, as a pensioner I set myself a daily deposit limit of £10, this week I made a withdrawal of £80 a rare event, it took 2 chats to admin and 4 1/2hours for them to transfer it to my bank. They then restricted my account so as I could not deposit until I verified my age and identity which the gambling commission rules state that requirement must done when registering. I have closed the account now, not a nice company at all, my advice give them a miss.

Avoid.

Avoid.
I have been playing online slots for 15 years with millions of spins and never played a casino with so many dead spins and few bonus rounds which thus far haven't even hit x10 bet.
On top of that there constant errors and being kicked out of game with generic "network error" messages and such but no issue my end.
I can play a game for 50 spins and get kicked out and not be able to get back in along with many other games I can't load yet others I can play.
Thus far every single slot has paid well below the advertised RTP - what are the chances?
I truly believe this site is rigged.

Atrocious Service

PLEASE READ BEFORE JOINING COMPANY, INCASE I CAN HELP ANYONE ELSE...
Atrocious online bookmakers,I had a self exclusion which i thought was completed but it wasn't I made a genuine mistake thjnking it was 2025 when its actually 2027, also I forgotten my old details and put in a new account and I simply made a mistake by 1 digit instead of putting 1967 i put 1966 and they are claiming I did this so wouldn't catch me, which is false information now, they are saying they won't pay me what's due to me in my account after saying they would,
This is now in the hands of IBAS and my solicitor to get me my money back which is owed to me.
People wanting to join, please record all information before joining, if I knew this was going to happen I wouldn't have joined.
To save your time and energy there are plenty of better bookmakers out there than this as its absolutely atrocious

The worst betting site

The worst betting site I have ever used. They do all they can to make sure you don’t win. Today I backed a 8/1 winner which was disqualified and they don’t pay out on disqualified horses that win and they keep your stake too. That’s robbery so choose another site these at scandalous.

First of all I haven't made a deposit!

First of all I haven't made a deposit!! I'm very thankful I didn't I read the reviews but I'm always sceptical on reviews so signed up to the casino myself I was reading through there withdrawal rules and this is what it says!! You will not be able to make a withdrawal from your account until we have verified your identity.

Well that is alarm bells straight away because the rules are you can't make a condition on a withdrawal end off, so it's perfectly ok to make a deposit without doing your kyc checks but if you do a withdrawal then you've got to send everything in sorry you've got it wrong thank goodness I didn't Deposit any money I will be closing my account nothing gained nothing lost,I'm just for education purposes this is the rulesAge, ID and financial verification
WarningAll online gambling businesses must ask you to prove your age and identity before you gamble.
Our rules say that a gambling business can't ask you to prove your age and identity as a condition of withdrawing your money if they could have asked you at an earlier point. However, there may be occasions where a gambling business can only ask you for information at that time in order to fulfil legal obligations.
