What they don’t tell you is that
returning items,… YOU have to cover the postage which is costly !

I bought shoes on line from a .UK domain. They were shipped from Spain. This made the return very difficult.
I returned one of the two pairs I had bought. It took over 6 weeks and cost me international postage, numerous emails and a complaint before I got my money back (although I did get my money back eventually).
I thought shopping on line (from a .UK site) would be like Amazon - doesn’t fit so return and refund in a matter of days.
Won’t buy these shoes on-line again - which is a shame as the other shoes I have are great but the return process just isn’t worth the stress.
Bought two pairs of shoes from MBT. One for my wife and one pair for me. This was based upon a pair I was already using and very happy with. The sole of both pairs literally fell apart and dissolved into dust in the box. Only noticed when I'd worn out my old ones.
The response to my email by MBT was ZERO. Appears they ghost you if you've a complaint. If they're Swiss there is no EU consumer laws and they do what they like.
We bought 2 pairs of boots and within a relatively short time and and not much use the souls came apart due to failure of the glue and materials used in production. Unable to return them as could not find a point of contact on the website. Also probably out of guarantee. Otherwise the boot are well made and comfortable.
