Terrible customer service
I have purchased multiple pairs of MBTs over the years. I returned the latest pair as the colour of the shoes didn't match the description or photo on the website and the size was different to my other MBTs.
I had to spend €30 to send the latest pair of shoes back and it took weeks for the refund to be processed. MBT also retained the delivery charge from sending the shoes to me.
I will never buy another pair of MBTs again. Joya or Hoka are the future.

I would give zero stars to this company if I could. I bought my trainers in November. On their website, they say to size up which I did but the trainers were absolutely massive. When I went to return them, I found out that I had to pay the £18 to send them to Spain. They sent me the incorrect address to return them to and then lied about why the parcel have been rejected (they attempted to blame Brexit). After several emails, they gave me the correct address. It’s the tenth of January and I’ve only just got my money back. Avoid avoid avoid.

Fine when new but I didn’t wear for a while, black sole material disintegrated. Don’t keep them for long.

Bought some shoes from them and tried to write a customer review but says sent for moderation so all their reviews are only good ones and they don't post negative reviews. The shoes I bought have the logo embedded on the bottom so you can feel the logo pressing on your foot every step do not recommend.

I have stored them in my bedroom for a couple of years..foot condition returned and I got out my shoes and the soles have disintegrated leaving rubbery black bits everywhere!
I took them back to the store and they said as I had had them longer than 12 months they are not interested. Also they no longer sell that brand.

Excellent customer service. Personal and real follow-up. As a 1st time customer, 3 free EU shipments go/back were provided free to help determine the correct sizing of the shoes.
Yet, I gave only 4 stars and not 5, because the size tables could frankly be improved to easy size selection (the available size charts do not correspond with real sizes). Then, there is no sizing available for the wide of the forefoot, which is important for many people with wide feet. And this sizing is not made available to the customers's service, which complicates the choice process. But, I am sure this will be improved in the next future. Otherwise, super top service, provided by the customer support service! For the quality of the shoes, I still need to test themm out.

Failure
This my second order from MBT. I was very satisfied for both the quality of the shoes as well as the delivery from the first one. With that in mind I placed a second order, this one, for which I am upset to put it mildly.
The shoes were probably never shipped and I was told that your investigation for lost(?) goods takes 7 to 11 working days. Then WHAT?
You should have shipped IMMEDIATELY a pair of shoes, which have already been payed and the investigate all you want.
