A Deeply Upsetting Experience
I’ve dealt with many solicitors over the past 40 years, but my experience with Mills & Bann was by far the most frustrating and upsetting. It took nine months from the point an offer was accepted on my property to exchange of contracts, even though both the purchaser and I were in full agreement and working together to move things forward.
The process felt unnecessarily slow and stressful. Communication was poor, and I believe the transaction could have been handled far more efficiently. The purchaser—an experienced developer—also faced delays on two other transactions involving the same firm.
Based on this experience, I would make every effort to avoid using Mills & Bann again.
