I just got off the phone talking to a staff of Mazeebuild( Website Creating Co) venting my annoyance.Only to be apologising and told that theyll cancel the subscription! One that I never subscribed to website content nor any related thing in the first place .Like one review stated , this Mazeebuild are SCAM. I stupidly saw an offer claiming its from Boots ( the high street retailer) offering some basket of few little treats almost like a give away. a lady posted on her facebook that her mum( who used to work for Boots now an ex employee of Boots) and other staff get to win these giveaway treats using a link.she posted that link which then asks for card details to charge £3 for posting those goodies.£3 was taken. Never got any delivery up till now. Next thing i saw £45 taken from my HSBC card by a company named Mazeebuild..Kudos to HSBC they blocked. My card was also blocked see the inconvenience couldnt use it to make some important payments.I later got a Fraud Alert. If not, id have been scammed total of £48. No mention of refunding the £3.
This company should face serious legal action and prosecuted under the FCA

Disgusting, I paid £3 postage for something that was free from the Boots store at the beginning of May and now I have had 2 payments of £45 each taken out of my account. I am about to set up a dispute with my bank on the basis this is fraud. Do not tell me to log into my account as I don’t have an account and the name Mazeebuild only appeared after these payments were taken out.

I stupidly thought getting something for free and just paying delivery was genuine ( if it's too good to be true ) like everyone else on here.. yes NOW I know it's a subscription site after they've took £45 from my account and won't refund ..nice to know they hide behind scams like this offering free stuff only then to be a subscription site it shouldn't happen it's disgusting behaviour only to get
money out of people . I would never need their services but like free stuff like anyone else so why not refund people who didn't know what they were getting into 🤔😔

As others mentioned already - very shady business. Offering some "free samples" (never arrived btw), which so far costs my wife which lower her guard this time - £62. If I would not step in, might cost fortune for actually nothing. It automatically subscribe you to some subscription and yes, there is a confirmation mail which landed on spam @gmail. But if you are not expecting it, you won't look there - right?
Also I love those all single 5* ratings here, well done. At least you do not have 1* average YET.
I'm pretty sure I'll never receive any refund.

Absolute scam. I also stupidly thought the Boots £3 just pay postage was a genuine offer. Two days later £45 taken from my account for a subscription I didn’t sign up for. Can’t believe I actually fell for it!!
AVOID
I have already contacted Amazeebuild for a refund and the scam continues…. No misunderstanding here!!

Got an offer from ‘Tesco’ saying free steaks, I just need to pay the postage. Seemed reasonable so I did. They then tried to take a further £22 which my bank fortunately blocked. Now have cancelled CC with all the hassle of getting a new one and changing everything. Con and scam artists! Their comments about ‘log into your account’ further scamming and lying as obviously I don’t have an ‘account’. These people should be jailed.
Note standard BS response below. No, there has been no attempt to contact me…..and no I did not receive the steaks (surprise surprise). Ar*eholes.

Absolute SCAM. I stupidly paid £3 for a beauty box from Boots, through Facebook, which I never received!! Then 3 days later £45 was taken from my bank!! Have reported them to bank and police. Also Facebook.

Scam!
Iv also had a payment of £45 pending from my account.
I'd like it refunded IMMEDIATELY. I did not allow this transaction to take place.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM PEOPLE!
Regarding your reply, it's standard and repeated from other posts.
I have been in contact with your "company" and again recieved standerd responses.
I have NEVER received emails from yourselves explaining subscription details and I've already requested a FULL REFUND of £45 returned to me ASAP with an apology for seeking MY money WITHOUT my permission!

Same here. Took £3 expecting M&S steaks. Luckily bank have blocked the £45 you looked to take. However inconvenience is massive as my card is now blocked. I have no access to any money until my new card comes and then I have to change my details on every site I use my card on. Bunch of thieves!
If it seems too good to be true , it probably is! Don’t go near this crew of charlatans!

I believed I was purchasing a beauty box from Boots for £3 and then 2 days later £45 was taken from my account without authorisation. Nowhere on the page did it say there was a subscription. I contacted the bank and they said I required a code to cancel the subscription. I am in no position to pay for a subscription for a product which I don't ever require. I have also looked at Trustpilot and seen many similar stories. Please rectify this mistake as soon as possible.

Thinking I had paid £3 for an M&S beauty box I now find that I have been charged £46 by your company! I have contacted your support group and am still waiting a response. I sympathise that your company is obviously being used as a scam site but I feel you are not doing enough to correct this situation. I am in mo position to be paying you said amount every month for a product I do not need or want! My bank cannot stop transactions without a code from you which I am unable to get.
Please rectify-it is very bad publicity for your company.

Scam
Avoid though it's hard as they hide their company name behind multiple freebies of other brands

I have no idea how I signed up to an account. I am an 80 year old partially sighted person who only discovered £3 had been debited to my bank account by this company I have never heard of. I sent an email, giving them more of my information telling them that IF I signed up I have no idea how I did it. I had no emails from them. I telephoned today, and give them their due the call was answered, I was told my account had been closed (before I supposedly I signed up) but I couldn’t have a refund. I will have to put this down to experience BEWARE this company. How It happed is all a mystery,

Absolute scam. I purchased a beauty box from Boots for £3 and then a few days later £45 was taken from my account without authorisation. I see below messages about how "it must be a misunderstanding", that is total nonsense! No where did it say anything about additional payments being taken. I've contacted my bank to raise this as a scam

Ditto previous review. Though I was buying Jameson Whiskey and got charged £3 then they tried 2 weeks later to charge £45. I cancelled card. Never signed up to CS - Mazeebuild or received any emails.

SCAM! I thought I was buying a product and authorised a payment of £3, then immediately it asked me for more money. I thought I could write off £3, but then they took £45 without my permission. I've had to cancel my bank card as these scammers have my details. Absolutely disgusting. Hope you're proud of yourselves.

Scam. Paid £3 for goods which I never received and they have now taken £45 without my authority for nothing.

This company have signed me up for a subscription through deception. An initial £3 and then another £45 taken.
Do not have anything to do with them. I have emailed to cancel on the advice of my bank who called me and alerted me to the scam.
I will be taking further action if the subscription is not cancelled.
