I am having work done at my property in…

I am having work done at my property in November where the builders require permission from block management to a place a skip outside the property.
I contacted Mayfords and spoke to Theresa Carpio who handled my enquiry and kept regularly updated by phone and email regarding my request. Thanks to Theresa I now have received permission that I can have the skip placed outside my property in one to the allocated parking bays.

MR Reuben Charles did an absolutely…

MR Reuben Charles did an absolutely outstanding work regarding to the eviction of tennants from hell from flat 37 in Rivington Court.
He did everything possible that he could a period of a short few months after his arrival to the Company while the previous block manager Ms Venice Arslahan was incapable to do so despite being a block manager for a several years before Reuben.
Reuben deserves for his hard work, dedication and commitment towards his work not just a promotion and salary increase, but he should also be praised as a hero and an employee of the year!
Consequently his boss should take these comments into a consideration
Again, well done Reuben!

I reached out to Aarti to help with the documentation for the sale of flat, in a matter of 5 days, the forms were completed, all the documentation sent.
The systems at the company were very efficient and my interaction with the block manager were exceptional.
She was very understanding and highly efficient.
Talking to her during the stressful time of sale of flat, trying to finish all demands from the legal team,while work and managing kids was overwhelming, but she was highly efficient with her follow ups, her emails were so professional and in this age of automation, I had her call me up to make sure that I was informed of all the progress over the days to completion of the documentation.
I appreciate the empathy and her calm responses and reassurances. I am thankful for her quick responses and cool n composed approached to all my frantic calls.

They were very professional ensuring a wholesome experience for the sale of my property. From the very first day to the day of completion, I couldn’t fault their service.

Pablo is a rockstar

From day one Pablo, our letting agent from Mayford has been a blessing in disguise. He is soft spoken, a great listener and always happy to help with a smile on his face. He has been patient with all queries and played a vital role in this engagement. I wish him the best for his future endeavours.

VERY EFFICIENT BLOCK MANAGER AARTI VARMA

I am a self employed tradesman working for Mayfords block manager Aarti Varma. I am pleased to report she is the most efficient and best communicator I have encountered in all my 40 years of maintaining properties. This is very much appreciated as this is rarely the case.

incompetent

Mayfords claim to represent landlords, but it's a lie. The service I've received from them is absolutely appalling. Since December 2023, I have reported a leak from the roof, which has caused a hole in my ceiling. It is now the 29th of June 2024, and they have done absolutely nothing to fix it. They are completely unprofessional and inefficient. I'm talking about Reub.c and a certain xtine.They probably spend more time browsing Facebook or on OnlyFans rather than fixing problems around the estate, which is an absolute disaster. Everything is falling apart: the communal door doesn't close, the walls are a disgusting yellow color, the carpet is filthy, and the communal bins are uncovered, giving foxes free access. Every morning, we have to step over a pile of garbage with our kids to exit the estate. Landlords, stay away from Mayfords. They will rip you off. You won't get anything back, and they will surely take your money

Loved Aarti Varma service

I would like to share my positive experience with Aarti Varma, Block Manager. Our in-house HIU unit was damaged, leading to huge bills. My agents were blaming the billing company, stating that our usage was high. However, Aarti Varma helped us prove that we had nothing to do with the high bills. She clarified that there was a problem with the HIV unit at our property and tried to resolve the issue. I really appreciate her help and would truly recommend their service

Great service from Pablo

We had a great experience of securing a new property. Pablo made the process very easy and swift, as we were able to complete all the checks and sign the agreement at rapid pace. Pablo was always available to answer questions and keep us updated. Great service.

We have had some ongoing issues to ddo with mould, cleanliness in the communal property & bin collections

We have had some ongoing issues to do with mould in the communal passageway, cleanliness in the storage room, bin collections and more. These problems had been continuing for a while, and then recently Reuben from Mayford's management office personally took it upon himself to attend the property, meet with our tenants on-site and address each of these problems. We were very impressed and it fills us with hope that Mayfords will restore our development to as good as new
