Darren from Mayfair plumbers first condemned my boiler and switched it off - to my horror - but came back the next day, with his colleage, and fitted a new one, staying well into the evening until the job was completed. It turned out to be quite a complicated job so my initial concern, about the cost of the job, was laid aside. They did a good job and cleaned up well after themselves, helping me put back items we had had to move. This was in the recent cold spell so their quick response to turning off my boiler was very welcome.

Would definitely recommend this company, good communication throughout the whole process and very professional.

Reliable and affordable plumbing service. Nazli was excellent and very easy to deal with.

I had a radiator issue that was causing uneven heating throughout the house. Nazli was the first person I spoke to and she was extremely helpful and reassuring. The engineer arrived on time, worked efficiently, and fixed the problem quickly with no delays. Very honest service, fair prices, and great communication from start to finish. Thank you Nazli and the engineer for such a smooth experience.

Excellent service, office were great and engineer was very knowledgeable

Booked plumber to replace 2 taps, charged £140 for booking fee, rates are confirmed as £140 per hour, so we were expecting no more than 2 hours, we ended up paying £468 !!!!! (excluding the tap costs which we bought ourselves). We couldn’t say no as we would lose the £140 deposit. The plumber’s excuse was that he included the time parking, he wasn’t here more than 2 hours, we live in a modern flat with new pipes and sinks , easy to replace, so there was no justification. Do not book with Mayfair Plumbers

Reached out to Mayfair based on a recommendation from a friend. From the very first phone call, everything was super professional, quick, and easy. Their customer service rep Sophie and the plumber Darrell were particularly amazing. Incredibly friendly and helpful

Amazing help for urgent underfloor heating fix! Customer service really helpful to find someone urgently who was able to solve the electric and plumbing issue. Would definitely recommend.

Booked for next day, which was already a win in central London. Good communication on the day. Arrived on time and fixed the immediate problems with my heating (leaks) and explained what further work would be needed to bring it back to new condition.
Andrew was polite, informative, and also tracked time and let me know the cost of work and options on the day.

The job itself should have been straightforward but due to unforeseen conditions there was a couple of problems. In consultation with me these were overcome.
Andrew done a first class job and left the work site in a clean condition.
