I visited the Kidderminster Max Spielmann store yesterday for a passport-style photo, and I want to highlight the outstanding service I received from Louise. She showed genuine kindness, compassion, and professionalism at a moment when I really needed it.

Louise went above and beyond without hesitation, and her understanding made a real difference to my day. She treated me with dignity, didn’t ask unnecessary questions, and showed the kind of humanity you don’t often see in customer service.

She is a real asset to Max Spielmann, and her kindness deserves to be recognised. Thank you, Louise, and thank you to Max Spielmann for having such exceptional staff.

Fantastic service from Max Spielmann at Three Bridges, Crawley, and especially from Eloise, helping with an emergency need for some large format prints for an important family function after a set of previously prepared prints had been left at home. Great quality, great value, great service - thank you Max Spielmann and especially Eloise.

The manager was so helpful got me what needed helped with photo and frame and at an uneasy time just give such hope and compassion that was needed thank you Katie from North shields

"I cannot thank Chris at the Dunfermline Asda Max Spielman kiosk enough. I was trying to get a photo scanned for my mother’s 80th birthday cake, but the bakery scanner was down and I was told I'd have to drive all the way to Kirkcaldy. As a bit of a 'technophobe' with very little time, I was gutted.

I turned to Chris, who has helped me before, and he didn't hesitate. He immediately took charge, scanned the photo, and put it onto a USB drive to ensure the bakery could use it. Because of his kindness and 'no problem' attitude, my mum had the perfect cake for her big day. He truly went above and beyond and made her 80th birthday incredibly special. Exceptional service!"

Visited Max Spielman in the Tesco store in Prescot.
We wanted some copying doing and it was a pretty unusual job. However we cannot praise highly enough Phil for the time and patience he gave on this job .Also Christina for being very helpful.
Excellent job and excellent customer service. These 2 staff members are a credit to the company.

Had some large prints printed off today at the outlet in ASDA West Bridgford Nottingham. This was undertaken by Erin to the usual high quality and in processed in good time. All done within 20minutes and was pleased with the results and well satisfied with the service we had from Erin. Very knowledgeable and gives good advice.

Dear Customer Services,
I am writing to compliment one of your staff members, Sam, at the Max Spielmann Wigan branch.
I wanted to create a memory photo wall for my husband, as he has sadly lost siblings over the last few years. I needed photographs and frames in a variety of sizes, and Sam went out of her way to help me. If the branch did not have the correct frames in stock, she sourced them from other branches for me.
Throughout the whole experience, Sam was extremely kind, courteous, and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, and I cannot thank her enough for all of her help. She is a real credit to your company.
I will certainly be recommending the Wigan branch to all of my friends and family. Please could you pass on my sincere thanks and appreciation to Sam.

I placed a large order of photo's to be printed and recieved it 2 weeks late. Once i opened the parcel and checked the first batch the images were ALL cropped so not one image was a full picture. The whole order had this issue and very bad quality. So MAX SPEILMANN ruined all my images and when i contacted them they said the images were cropped from before meaning we cropped them so we could recieve them cropped!!!! Totally ruined the images...why would they do that?.

Josh was very kind and helpful to us when we went in for the first time and didn't know how the service worked. We'd recommend it, and will come back again.

Max Spielmann in Leeds Trinity:

I went to the shop to ask about t-shirt printing and was told it cost £12. The employee said I could bring my own cotton t-shirt.
Three days later, I returned and a different staff member warned the print might not come out well on cotton. I accepted the risk, but the result was terrible — faded colours and very poor quality.
Worse, when I got home, I noticed a stain on the t-shirt, like food or liquid.
Overall: very poor customer service, bad printing, and no care for customers’ belongings. Definitely my first and last visit. I do not recommend.

I came to Max Spielmann at Tescos at Ashby de la Zouch today, and wanted to have photos printed from my phone , and as always Di was very helpful and kind. I was very happy with my photos and the service I recieved.

Was very easy to get what I wanted service was great .the person behind the counter was very help with wat I needed and explained everything to me made my experience gd and very relaxed. Person /lady who help me and made it easy was called NORA

photo booth gives incorrect photo selected Spanish visa no where does it state what format. But I trusted it would be correct. the photo that I got is JPG which is useless for a Spanish visa. it has to be Jpeg and it cannot to computer generated into the correct format.
wasted £12. Do not use as it will not be accepted Asda Blackpool. Will have to find a way of getting a refund and using another company

I visited the store located within Tesco in Mansfield and was served by a young lady called Molly. It was the anniversary of my mother’s passing and I popped in on the off chance to have a photo of her printed to put in a frame I had bought. Molly was the kindest person, and went out of her way to make me feel special. I left with tears in my eyes as it’s so rare these days for people to be kind. What an exemplary human being. Thank you Molly

The manager is very unapproachable, uninterested in queries, obviously not the job for her. Scunthorpe asda branch.

Misleading - You can't access photos taken from photo booths unless it's for a passport. Photos needed for driving license are useless and wasted time and money. Booths are not clear that you can only use for passports. Apparently there was an option to enter an email address at the booth, this was not clear in any way (I was looking for how when taking them) so will also restrict anyone who is not technically minded, older or with learning disabilities, VERY DISAPPOINTED and will not be recommending or using again
