I have found working with MaxOptra has made my day to day planning much easier. The system is easy to use after thorough training with Chris Ford, and the drivers find the app much easier to use than the previous system.

We have been using MaxOptra for a little under 2 years and have recently completed a health check offered by the team. This has revolutionised how we complete our daily route planning and has saved us almost 2 hours every day. Trainer Chris explained our Implementation process and time scale. He was patient with our question and answers. When I was on sick leave we extended time scale. To get most out of the software he shows us tip and tricks.

Here at Bobtail Group, we've been using Maxoptra for the past couple of years, we cannot express how much it transformed our business. Going from a paper-based system to digitalizing our routes with Maxoptra has saved us thousands.

We began began using Max Optra a few months ago and it has been nothing but a chore.
There is no function to go back and correct or update a deliver on the app. The app locks, freezes or crashes on an almost daily basis. The tracking is ridiculous rendering reports useless though I have been told they are working on this. The system sends self generated communications to the customer that are regularly wrong with what has been planned. The system regularly fails to recognize postcodes, meaning planning and tracking routes is harder and not real time. All in all it has been a painful few months with this planning tool and I would say it is the worst planning system that I have encountered in 15 years of working in transport. I could not recommend it to anyone, given the issues we have had and are still having.

Maxoptra has low monthly costs. Since we started using Maxoptra we have better utilised our fleet . Reduce Labour and running costs. We are moving to centralised logistics that will futher reduce our costs

Great product and service from the team. From start to finish, you feel there is always someone on hand and there is so much more to MaxOptra which you find out as you grow with the system.

After trialling a range of route optimisers, this was the most efficient and robust by far. It delivers superb accuracy, a great POD app for the drivers and an immediate return to the system to trace. We have only been live for a couple of weeks & already giving customers immediate results. Our account manager Chris has been there at every turn, answering all our questions along the way. His knowledge has made this setup almost seamless. He has effortlessly mapped a range of changes from our CSV file. Many optimisers get you to map these yourself. I have bombarded him over time with copious questions & he has answered quickly, fully and efficiently. The demeanour has always been friendly, without any arrogance. I would say I am quite knowledgeable when it comes to route optimisation but this guy is brilliant! I would strongly recommend this optimiser if you want something efficient, robust and something which will "do it all" in one place. Although we have not set it as yet, I would highly recommend the option to send your customer POD's for everything delivered. There is even a "what3words" section, which is a brilliant tool of you deliver to sites a lot.

Would recommend especially if you use OGL as it works out of the box.

Signed up to use maxoptra 2 years ago when we made a push to change from a paper based system to a swanky new digital system. After going through the Demos of a few providers, maxoptra sold us everything we could want plus more.

The system takes a little bit of playing with due to there being so many options, however it can be as simple or as complex as you need it to be.

My contact of Chris Ford, he has been with me from the start and is always there to help me and give me tips and advice to make my life easier. 5* rating for maxoptra and 5*+ for Chris.

Maxoptra is one of the best things that happened in the transport department of our business. It has made routing and planning efficient, we are saving on 3rd party transport by pushing more on our drivers to do within their contracted hours and the reporting tools are amazing.

Chris who is the implementation manager has been awesome from day 1- he has changed the reporting to complement our requirements as a business and is always there to offer his support.

Great software and great help from team MaxOptra

We in-stored the Max Optra system this year and straight away have seen positive results. Our reason for choosing Max Optra rather than other providers, was the free trail period which enabled us to understand fully how our business could benefit. The team have been very supportive in terms of installation, problem solving and future opportunities to improve. I would like to mention Paul Creaney in particular but all of the sales and support seem are friendly approachable whilst still being processional. there is not such thing as a silly question.

Maxoptra became a key asset when we moved from an outsourced transport model to bringing this function inhouse. The user interfaces are extremely intuitive and easy to navigate. The install itself was very easy and quick. I couldnt recommend this high enough.
