I believe that when it comes to dealing with money, especially in case of insurance, companies often make sure they give their customers less than they promised. This wasn't my case with max Insurance. I had a smooth claim process and reimbursement. Nathan was very helpful and clear throughout the process. It was amazing as everything got done smoothly without any back and forth. Would recommedn Max Insurance to others.

My experience with Max Insurance was very positive.I was very impressed with Simone who always answered my calls right away or within a reasonable time returning my calls and or emails. This is my 1st experience having an insurance claim. I was nervous, had a lot questions and Simone explained everything perfectly for me and was calm and made me feel more at ease with the whole process.

I have had very little experience with insurance claims.
The agent I dealt with (Brody Boucher) was very patient explaining the process to me and has connected me to a remediation company that is very easy to approach and the remediation team was reliable, consistently on time and patient in their explanation of the work to be done.

Marcy in the Kitchener office has been the only helpful and redeeming person in our entire experience with our flood claim placed in April. It is now August and beyond the initial emergency work that left our basement a concrete shell, nothing has been done. No content claim finalized, no work done through the vendor, no straightforward communication with our adjuster... nothing. As a first time homeowner and a first time claim, this has been the most excruciating process to go through, and our family is on the brink of stress taking us over.
Nathan was informative and professional while I was dealing with my claim, it's already stressful dealing with the events that lead one to have to use insurance so I'm very greatful he made the process clear and was very understanding along the way.

Our adjuster Steve Heath always goes above & beyond. Follows up with us every other week to make sure we are doing fine & see if we have any other questions that may have come up. He is always “on top” of our file. Highly recommend, would never go anywhere else.

Five different people working on my claim! I could not communicate with three of the five. If I was not able to answer the phone before they left a message I could not call them back to talk to them, even within two minutes of them leaving the message! When I left a message there was never a call back to me!!!! Any questions I had were never answered!!!!! Only Amanda L could I get any answers from. She was the only person could get a hold of, she was my 4th caseworker. Except for when she was out of the office I was move to Dave number five and he was reading my information as I was speaking to him! Amanda informed me at 120 days after the incident that I had 90 days to have my claim s finalized to receive the full claim. A condition was a policy report, of which took 6 weeks to receive from the police department, apparently leaving me 6 weeks to jump through all of the hoops involved with a claim. As my laptop was one of the items stolen, every thing with my claim relied upon electronic communication my claim was I feel doomed from the beginning! Because of the above circumstances my claim was 9 thousand and change, now cut to almost 50% of that figure and with no corridors open if I found missing items after the 90 days!!!! The system is designed to reduce the amount coverage, there for large amounts of compensation to the customer!!!!!! Reinforcing the general public view of the insurance industry!

Matthew has been great. Unfortunately my overall experience with Max Insurance has been fairly poor. I had two adjusters before Matthew which were helping me with my claim, but they both became unreachable by phone and I was unable to get any assistance on my claim for several weeks. But Matthew has been amazing and quickly caught himself up to speed and got my claim moving in a couple days. The overall experience with Max Insurance has been quite frustrating and slow.
