Save yourself the headache

Overall, unprofessional and lacking communication, improper invoicing and records for reservation, poor pest control and maintenance of rental.
The listing I booked from is now non-existent so that in itself is shady. The rental I booked had no functional A/C unit and there was no resolution for this nor was a partial refund given (despite being assured of one). Hosts were unavailable for basic questions about on-site amenities and now both the hosts and customer service are ignoring my attempts to reach them after the matter. Do not book from here.
