AP crew almost make you want to move house again!
They were super efficient at packing all our stuff. They were calm while we panicked about wrapping and boxing the last items. They had a great system and when we got to storage, were amazing at storing everything neatly and efficiently. After 24 hours of hard work, they made our day. Good at their job and so nice to work with. And very reasonably priced!

I used AP Crew & Transport to move my items from London to a storage unit, then at a later date, a few items were moved to a different unit inside the storage unit. During this time, two pieces of my furniture were damaged in 14 places.

It was a different removal company that moved the final units to my new house and they pointed out the damage. One of the drawers has been crushed and with a large scratch down the front.

Via text Aaron offered “spare parts” as a "gesture of goodwill", but no such parts exist for my furniture. More importantly, this is not a matter of goodwill — under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I have a legal right to expect services to be carried out with reasonable care and skill. When goods are damaged due to negligence, I am entitled to compensation, not just a token gesture.

When i formalised the request for compensation via email I received no response, and despite following up again there has been no reply. It is very disappointing because up until then, there had been a good relationship.

Both jobs were under resourced ( van size, number of movers and time allocation) which no doubt contributed to the inadequate care and attention paid to my items.

Accidents can happen, but I am now left with damaged furniture and no compensation, the items also now have no resale value which is very important to me.

I Hope that i knew them before because they are the best!
They are polite and handled my furniture with utmost care.
After having dealt recently with some removal companies from hell, they restored my trust in removal people.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. Everybody should ask their service in the future.

I was hunting around for someone to help move some heavy items and was let down by someone. So in a last minute attempt I asked around and found this company through a mutual contact. I was so thankful that they came to the rescue and was so incredibly professional with reorganising the storage unit to fit the extra items in. I felt at ease and had to do little in orchestrating once I told them how I had to have everything. Thank you guys and will definitely use your services again.

Aaron and Connor provided an impeccable service moving a lorry-load of possessions from the 2nd floor of a storage facility (that didn’t have a lift) to my property. They were punctual, friendly and super-efficient. They reassembled large items of furniture and even rejigged the chaotically organised contents of the shed to provide much-needed storage space. I thoroughly recommend them.

AP moved two pianos a sofa and a table between three different sites. They did a great job - if was a hot day and they remained cheerful and professional at all times. Thoroughly recommended!

Booked AP Crew with little notice and they managed to accommodate my house move for the next day. They arrived just before 8.30am and we were all moved in by 11am! They were both very polite, friendly and helpful and even added in a stop for me to deliver my sofa to another address on the way to my new address and then went above and beyond helping get the sofa up the stairs. Can highly recommend this business and can see they are eager and willing to take on any job.
