What a joke still I have 400 profit
THIS IS A VERY BAD PROP FIRM I HAVE EVER SEEN👎👎👎👎 EVERYTIME I PASS THE CHALLENGE THEY GIVE ME FUNDED ACCOUNT WITH ONLY 1% MAX RISK RULES 😡😡😡😡
IT'S NOT POSSIBLE TO CONTINUE TRADING WITH THEM ... AVOID THEM THEY WILL GIVE YOU 1% MAX RISK FUNDED ACCOUNT...WITH THAT RULES HARD TO MAKE PROFIT. I BOUGHT A LOT OF CHALLENGE FROM THAT PROP FIRM...BUT RECENTLY THEY ARE GIVING 1% MAX RISK FUNDED ACCOUNT BY SAYING I AM TAKING HIGH RISK 👎👎
AND THEIR CHALLENGE PRICE IS ALSO HIGH WITH 8% MAX DRAWDOWN
JUST AVOID THIS PROP
I rightfully passed Phase 1 of my $50k 2-Step Challenge by exceeding the profit target. The platform is supposed to auto close trades at the target, however, the platform did not. I opened a ticket and showed them the trades. They claim nothing else can be done about this. I have given Maven my business over the past year and earned payouts as well. Do right by your customers, Maven.
My experience was superb only that I lost mylive account, it's been a rough year for me but maven is a prop firm I enjoyed trading with, wish I lasted long with them up until payout but big ups to maven. A very well coordinated firm at least when I traded with them

They was great at first but since they put the minimum 3 profitable days their downfall of being great started, I had so many payouts with them but they have the worst slippage you could ever seen like most of the time ur trade order is gonna get filed at a worst price Further due they started to put a 1% risk rule on you if you reach payout or even when you receive your funded account like this is so funny my trading risk management and style hasn’t changed at all for a long time but now they decided that it doesn’t fit them!! , I really hope that they get back as they used to be, because I’m sure ppl will start to look for other props
Honestly speaking , If you start getting payouts they r gonna put 1% risk rule on your funded account until you breached it . From last 1 month they put 1% risk rule on almost every Funded trader without any announcement & they put you on risk just after your payout .. Not For Those who wants bigger & consistent payout .. Dont Buy Here

I passed 5k 2phase account didnt reach a payout, The spread is the only issue for the missing 1 star , they are supportive, active customer support . 3
I passed phase 1 and phase 2 and expected to finally get Funded phase but the company will find reason to scam you. They asked me to give explanation of some of my computer hardware parts (CID) which I never heard of and what doesn't have anything to do with trading and what ever I said they said it is not good explanation and refused to give me Funded phase
I had a very good experience with Maven Trading, especially with their support team.
I faced an issue with my account and thought I had failed unfairly, but the support agent took the time to review my case carefully and helped resolve the situation.
Professional, responsive, and fair support.
Thank you to the Maven team for the help and understanding.

Introductory Statement
Consumers have the right to know who their actual counterparty is when engaging with a firm that presents itself as reliable and professional. Because we have never received any substantive clarification regarding the entity responsible for pricing, execution, or infrastructure, we are reposting this review.
Interestingly, the company appears under the name ‘Mavsoft’ on Trustpilot, despite publicly operating as Maven Trading elsewhere.
Note to Trustpilot:
This review was previously posted and remains fully factual. It serves to provide context for ongoing concerns about Maven Trading’s operational transparency and consistency.
This assessment relies exclusively on publicly available information and publicly visible communication by Maven Trading. It is not a finding of liability but a personal evaluation prepared in accordance with Trustpilot’s guidelines for honest and balanced consumer feedback.
Positioning and Infrastructure
Maven Trading markets itself as a trusted proprietary trading firm offering a simulated funded trader program. However, information about the underlying infrastructure is limited. Although a MetaQuotes license and a MavenTrade MT5 server are referenced, the identity of the party managing execution, pricing, and system control is not disclosed. This lack of clarity raises legitimate concerns about operational autonomy and counterparty transparency.
Spreads, Slippage and Execution
Publicly accessible test accounts and community reports suggest that spreads deviate from typical market levels, with slippage that is difficult to explain. Maven Trading acknowledges that spreads include a markup, yet provides no methodology or transparency regarding its size or basis. Repeated requests for explanation have gone unanswered.
Although the firm asserts that it does not influence spreads or slippage, CFDs are OTC products where the counterparty generally determines pricing. This contrasts with the firm’s portrayal of a fully controlled and transparent environment.
Image Versus Practice
The company’s external messaging suggests transparency, but the available data does not sufficiently support this image. Publicly accessible information does not allow for a thorough assessment of counterparty or execution risk, making it difficult for prospective users to determine who holds actual responsibility within the trading process.
Role of Third Party (Propriotec LTD)
Previously, Maven Trading’s publicly available Terms and Conditions included a reference to Propriotec LTD’s involvement in strategic or risk-related matters. While current versions no longer include this, publicly accessible information at the time suggested that Propriotec may function as a technology provider, potentially implying a white label structure affecting infrastructure or pricing mechanisms.
These observations are based solely on publicly accessible corporate information and general industry practice. No internal documentation has been reviewed.
Governance and Communication
Direct questions about the party responsible for pricing have remained unanswered. Reports of users being removed from public communication channels further raise concerns about governance and transparency.
Regulatory Context
Maven Trading is registered in Saint Lucia, a jurisdiction with limited regulatory oversight compared to the EU or North America. This warrants heightened caution for anyone considering participation.
Client Status and Conclusion
We confirm that we are not and have never been clients of Maven Trading. Due to the lack of clarity regarding infrastructure, spread formation, counterparty structure, and communication, we consider the associated risks insufficiently transparent to justify trust or engagement.
Request for Clarification
Regarding Maven Trading’s repeated claims to other reviewers that they are reviewing the “wrong company”: no, we do not think we have the wrong company. We are certain this review concerns the entity operating under the name Maven Trading, using an MT5 MetaQuotes server, and communicating through its publicly visible official channels. Any suggestion otherwise would contradict publicly available information. We also request a substantive reply supported by verifiable data, rather than content-free responses such as brief “Hi there” messages.
Disclaimer
This review consists of personal observations and opinions drawn exclusively from public information. No assertion is made regarding access to internal materials. No unlawful accusations are made and no misconduct is presumed.
Today, with a 5K account, I entered a position and hit a stop of $147.69 including spread, but Maven counted it as a $217 daily drawdown.
Both the trading platform and my dashboard clearly show that the stop loss was $147.69.
I contacted support and My issue was resolved immediately, thank you very much!

There is no communication from Maventrading after repeated emails for activating funded account. I have passed evaluation phases but i am yet to receive a funded account. On the contrary maven is not replying to my concerns as i have given proof nullifying their claims. So i am still waiting for their reponse.

I didn’t even get to take 1 trade before my account was banned. Literally I went to trade the smallest denomination of XAU and account was instantly banned. They even advertise that you CAN trade XAU, but apparently they considered it too much risk and banned me instantly. Complete waste of my money. They are unethical. Stay away
when i passed my 2 step account my acc is waiting for review check after 3 days team said your ac is in gamifying trading and this is not fair with customers simply maven company start scam with us i have proof all my snap short of my trade history
First you guys close my trade automatically when it hits profit target and next when I reached funded stage you guys reject that the trade was closed during news?
How come this is any justification for traders?
And secondly the spreads and slippage are huge in your servers.
I lost another account due to your slippage in normal market hours and you guys have pathetic customer service.
Stay away from these prop firms
They literally ask you guys to rate them 5 star in propfirmmatch or ttp to get free accounts.
I was really disappointed with the Mavsoft website. At first glance, the site looks professional, but I encountered various problems while using it. The pages take a long time to load, sometimes they don't load completely, and when I contact support, there is no response.
“Unfortunately, my experience with Maven Trading was disappointing. After successfully purchasing an account and reaching a $5,000 payout, I was invited to an interview with the Maven team. Shortly after the interview, my account was terminated without a clear explanation. I tried to understand the reason but did not receive a detailed response. I hope Maven Trading can improve transparency and communication with traders so others won’t experience the same confusion.”
