Just passed and the sent me and email stating I failed because I breached my drawdown limit on one of me trades. If that was the case the trade should have been closed at that moment. Not wait until I pass and then come back with some lame excuse!
Avoid them. Sl never get triggered. You can’t place trade and forget. They are scam
I had a very disappointing experience with Maven.
**Account:** 10367868
The platform showed **"Market Closed" 5 minutes before the actual market closing time**, preventing me from closing my trade. The market was still open, and I was able to trade normally on my personal account during the same period, so the issue was specific to my Maven account.
To make matters worse, the support team did not respond to my urgent ticket for **over 11 hours**, leaving the issue unresolved while my trade remained open.
This level of platform reliability and customer support is unacceptable, especially when traders' funds and positions are at risk. I hope Maven investigates this issue and improves both platform stability and response times.
This is a mini account and the support team is totally useless
They don't deserve even 1 star. These guys will breach your account for no reason. I have multiple propfirms with different companies and i know the rules.I have never opened a position and risk more than 1% a day. I had an account before then they breached, i kept quiet and bought another later and boom, imagine getting breached because your trade hit $79 stop loss, they then closed running trade and the daily loss hit $120 less than their daily drawdown of 4% . Stay away from this kind of propfirms and just so you know their support team also is very rude
One of my worst experience to purchase the challenge they have so many hidden rules. On Every trade you are going to get warning.Either it is valid by the rule I recommend you not o purchase any challenge of this firm I purchased challenge and within few trades I got message that you have violated rules and no longer the owner of the account I do have the proof if some wants to contact to to me I will show him reply you can contact me at replying under this review
This is serious and verified case why would I tell a lie these people there are actually monster and don't want to see us profitable. In the end I asked them which rule I have violated and I got no reply. Sorry but true scheme of robbing people.

This is from March 2024, and is still owed.

Maven owe me $8325 and it's in the contract
Maven owes me $8325 from my sponsorship contract and has not paid.
I was a professional MMA fighter who signed a contract with Maven in August 2022, effective from October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023. The contract stipulated a monthly payment of $1000, with additional bonuses for fights and maintaining an unbeaten record for a year.
A clause in the contract required me to drop all my current sponsors, allowing only Maven to sponsor me during that period.
Due to financial struggles in the early months, full payments were delayed until June, I was very cooperative. They are now bringing in multi millions. On August 28, 2023, Chris assured me all the payments would be paid from the contract, “Just extend the contract by 12 paying months”, and “I’m not going to **** you over.”
However, on October 27, 2023, Seb stated that “this month will be your last pay,” despite the contract stating they owe me $8325. Two days later, he mentioned, “We can pay you to the end of the year as a middle ground” (equivalent to $3000), but none of these payments were made either.
The outstanding amount of $8325 remains unpaid.
I have all the necessary screenshots and documents.

I purchased the $5,000 "Mini Challenge" for $20.
PROBLEM:
The product page only shows "Payout frequency: 24 hours" which I assumed meant withdrawals.
NOWHERE on the product page does it state that you ONLY HAVE 24 HOURS TOTAL to complete the entire challenge once you place your first trade.
This critical rule is hidden in the FAQ. No reasonable trader can pass a $5k challenge in 24 hours without gambling.
When I contacted support, they referenced the FAQ and refused to refund, even though this was not clear at purchase.
This feels intentionally misleading and designed to make people fail so they buy again.
I requested a refund due to misleading advertising and was denied.
Attached screenshots show:
1. Product page showing "24 hours" next to payouts
2. FAQ stating "24 hours to trade"
3. Support response
Avoid this firm unless you like gambling with a 24-hour timer.

The biggest problem is that the prop firm sent me the paint but my account was not recived, this is a lot of bullshit, this is some damn private firm.🤏🏻🤏🏻🖐🏻🖐🏻🖐🏻🙅🏻🙅🏻🙅🏻

The spreads and slippage is too much, I have never seen something like that before. Stay away as you can.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Maven Trading. Due to major issues directly on their servers, my trades and account were severely impacted—a technical failure entirely on their end.
The execution quality is terrible. Whenever I opened a Buy trade, the trade was placed way above the spread, forcing me into immediate heavy drawdown due to ridiculous slippage. Worse, Stop Losses were getting hit even before the market price actually reached the SL level.
When I brought these obvious server-side glitches to their support team expecting a fair resolution or a refund, they completely refused to take responsibility or process a refund.
A reliable prop firm must provide fair execution and take accountability when their infrastructure fails. Refusing to compensate traders for severe server errors and poor execution is completely unprofessional.
I strongly advise traders to stay away and be very cautious before buying an account here.

worst service and very rude behaviour of the customer support, i passed the challenge then i proceed to do the KYC and by mistake slightly bit my roommate face also got captured in a selfie then they keep on blabbering shit about it and didn't give the second chance nor even refunded me

I purchased an instant funding account from Maven Trading two days ago and started trading, but my account was flagged for a breach after just one day. I had checked the FAQ, and there was no mention of a 1% rule; however, when I spoke to support, they cited this 1% rule. Even though I sent them a screenshot from the FAQ, they refused to help and claimed the breach was valid. Don't buy from them—they are enforcing hidden rules.

I recently experienced a severe execution issue on my Step 2 account with Maven Trading.
During the rollover window, I experienced abnormal execution slippage—a massive ~$40 gap on a single order execution instead of standard spread fluctuations. This forced execution immediately triggered an account breach.
Furthermore, their daily drawdown reset mechanics are tied strictly to 00:00 UTC, which creates a huge discrepancy with real-time dashboard updates during market open hours. Combining delayed UI synchronization with extreme rollover execution gaps feels like a system designed for immediate liquidation rather than fair trading.
When I raised these execution discrepancies and log proofs to support, I was met with generic template responses hiding behind terms and conditions instead of escalating the issue to Risk Management for an audit.
Don't be fooled by the abundance of fake, paid, or automated positive reviews on Trustpilot. Save your hard-earned money. I chose Maven looking for reliability, but between vague timing windows, severe execution slippage, and unhelpful support, I cannot recommend this platform. Keep your trade logs and beware of the rollover execution traps.
Edit / Update:
The fact that Maven responds with an automated copy-paste reply—claiming Trustpilot is 'unmonitored'—only proves my point about their support and lack of accountability. Instead of addressing severe execution slippage, rollover execution traps, or providing real technical explanations, they deflect to another platform.
A serious prop firm addresses trade execution issues directly rather than dismissing honest client feedback as 'spam'. My trade logs remain documented.

God Everything will be judged one day 😭
I recently passed my evaluation with Maven Funding, but my account was put on hold during the KYC process. Being a beginner and not having my own national ID card yet, I used my father's legal documents but mistakenly did my own face verification.I instantly realized my mistake, apologized to the support team, and asked them to reset the face scan so my father could complete it himself since the account belongs to him. However, the support team completely refused to give any chance or reset the option. Even worse, they are denying to refund my evaluation fee.I understand their policy, but treating an honest mistake from a genuine trader with zero flexibility and keeping the hard-earned money without offering a refund or a reset is highly unfair. I strongly request the management to look into my case, reset the KYC, or issue a full refund for my challenge fee

The news was for CAD, but I was trading XAUUSD. Using that as a reason to fail my Two-Step account makes no sense. This doesn't suit Maven's standards. It feels like some low-quality prop firms look for any excuse to fail traders just to make money by selling more challenge accounts. Please avoid this firm your hard money collected firm scammer

SCAM ALERT, This company is a SCAM, Deal with it at your own risk. Warning from real victim with REAL proof. I paid for 2 challenge account and one instant funded account but the moment i made a loss they closed all 3 accounts claiming that i had violated their rules. I asked for which rules i had violated they refused to outline any and instead they asked for my accounts number and login password which is weird. I always calculate my risk % per trade, daily risk limits and overall limits in %. I requested for a refund which they also refused. PLEASE STAY WARNED

This is a very poor prop firm and, in my opinion, they are fraudulent. I have passed three prop firm challenges with them, and each time they came up with a different excuse.
The first time, after I successfully completed both the 1-Step and 2-Step evaluations, they refused to provide the funded account, claiming that I had breached the account by risking more than $200.
Then I passed another account. They even issued the certificate, but later they claimed that I had used someone else's ID card for verification.
They always seem to have one excuse or another. In my experience, they are dishonest. Please do not fall into the trap of choosing this prop firm just because the price is low.
Thank you.
