The communication was brilliant , they kept me updated every step of the way, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident the whole time. It honestly felt like everything just fell perfectly into place,I got exactly the car I wanted, at a fair price, and it was ready when they said it would be.

Aiden made the whole experience easy. Ive not got the best credit, have a couple of ccjs, was declined twice but they managed to get finance at a reasonable price per month.

Absolutely shocking. We are a family run business of 30+ years and have never encountered a more unhelpful, ignorant or rude Broker. In short - customer did not progress with a car - we did not consent to any finance marker - and yet here we are with one of our cars in stock with a marker on it ... since August!! Despite numerous calls (some of which have been hung up) and emails - nothing!

The wait continuous!

**Update** A reply states to contact the Complaints team - a team I have been trying to contact with no avail! The deal is from Hatters Car Sales Luton Ltd - you have my name to look for correspondence - it should be pretty straightforward!

**Further Update** Unfortunately Match Me are reliant on total false information. Evidence has been provided indicating clearly Hatters did not consent to any Marker or sale and no documentation were ever signed - yet a finance marker has remained on the car for 2 months.

It's pretty laughable to be honest.
We would strongly advise dealerships for clearly checking an 'agreement' before progressing with Match Me.

Karl walker was great! I was getting so stressed looking at differnt cars and liking my favourite ones but with some patience he found my car and went and picked it up with a reasonable monthly payment.
