James provided an excellent demonstration of the BMW 3iRangeextender which I purchased. He had obviously done his homework on this model which is quite complicated to drive and very different from any previous vehicle I have ever driven. All in all a very good service and six months later I'm still very pleased with the car.

I bought my new car blind but the well written advert, decent photos and Lewis’ professional phone manner gave me the confidence to buy. I travelled 3 hours on the train and was picked up from the station on time and was offered refreshments on arrival. Test drive was offered and the car was presented outside ready to roll and looked stunning. The car was the correct spec and as described. Paperwork transaction was carried out swiftly and smoothly.
I was on the road very quickly and thoroughly enjoyed my drive home in my new Morgan with the roof down. A professional and pleasurable sales experience and an unforgettable drive home. Thanks Lewis.

No pressure no BS, master cars are also willing to do a deal on the price, I am very pleased with my Lexus, they are not the cheapest out there but you have to pay for a quality motor, I would definitely buy from them again

Let's be honest the cars here sell themselves, which is testament to the quality of the stock but the service is also great. I viewed my new car Saturday and drove away in in just 3 days later.

These guys don't try and baffle you with features and engine talk (unless you want them to in which case they're very knowledgeable) a nice straightforward finance process, quick decisions and straight down the line as well as quick, thorough and willing to provide any info up front re the vehicle you purchase. What's also nice is that the car had already had a new MOT and service as soon as they got it in, rather than some dealerships who wait until someone buys the car and then you have to wait longer to drive away. Great on the paperwork too, really take the hassle out of buying a car. Would go back! :)

My 1st time using mastercar and the service was outstanding from Louis. 1st they didn’t look down at me seeing I wasn’t wearing the proper gear on the day to buy the car.l which other dealership would. I wasn’t sold till all the things written down was done to the car without asking twice, was all done upon collection. The valet was gleaming all the bits polished and looking like a new car. Would buy another car from here in future

I have to say that from the first contact on with Sales manager James, I felt being in good hands and was given loads of useful infomation about 911s in general and this individual car. Inspired by his video on youtube I went to see the white 911, got to test drive it straight away and fell in love with it.
Negotiations were tough but in the end we all settled for a satisfying deal.
I can recommend this place without reservations.
