Brought a 2017 Vw Passat from your Hitchin branch what was one of the cleanest example iv seen the car was sent to a Vw specialist before collection on Saturday and was fully serviced with genuine parts and mot with a full check over all paperwork presented in a professional manor.

Best car dealership I’ve dealt with in 12 years of car ownership. Tim was friendly, polite and quite willing to answer any questions I had about the V40 throughout the process. With everything that’s been going on with COVID-19 they were very accommodating and the entire process has been smooth from start to finish. We recently purchased a BMW 330d from Lewis at Master Cars. The whole experience was hassle free and a refreshing change from most other dealers. We were left alone with the car for as long as we needed and there were no pushy sales tactics. Lewis was very accommodating to us and even collected me from the station when collecting the car. The car is great and I wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future!
