I unfortunately didn't read reviews before ordering two Theo t-shirts. What arrived is nothing like the advert pictures. Pictures show a self coloured shirt what arrived is a shiny, probably polyester... See more

Avoid at all costs. Rooky error but I did not check here before buying. The shirts are nice but far too small, when I asked for a refund (the bigger size was only 4cm larger so not much use) I was tol... See more

How I wish I had read the experiences…
How I wish I had read the experiences of others before I ordered from this firm. Knitted cardigan turned up as cheap, nasty polyester garment which even buttoned the wrong way. Actually too nasty for charity shop, absolute rubbish.
Poor quality goods
I ordered two of the cat sculptures, the items look & feel nothing as decribed or advertised. Not great quality either. Really disappointed.
Overpriced and delivery was several weeks wait.
My order was nothing like the advertised product. Extremely ooor quality and no customer service regarding return policy.
My order was nothing like the description. The advertised fabric looked like a wooded look and when it arrived it was thin cheap fabric which looked nothing like the advertised product. I have politely requested a return form for refund T least four times by email with no response. There is no customer service contact number. This is the worst company I have ever ordered from and I will be letting all my friends never to use this company. I am incredibly disappointed and actually disgusted at their lack of any service whatsoever!
Well the product I ordered was not Happy…
Well the product I ordered was atrocious stitching. Still had to be cut pockets, not stitched up properly with holes in the jacket and trouser and I am dreading the items I have still not received yet fingers crossed.
If I could give zero stars and a big thumbs down…I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Oh I wish I had read Trust pilot before ordering from this company. Everything everyone writes is completely true. Inferior quality and pitiful materials, dresses that don’t fit at are either too small or completely not sewn correctly. Then when asked to return and get a refund, the story goes that I bought it under a promotional ad campaign and of course they won’t refund or allow returns. Like another lady said I’m going to have to just put it in the bag for charity. Companies like this should be closed down. My fault for falling in a trap and ordering from them. Their advertising is not truthful because the products are of inferior quality, poorly made, and their policies are dishonest. Beware of this company MarthaLondon

Item nothing like advertised, shoddy, different fabric, no tags, wrong size and due to promotional/sale, a no refund policy. Extremely poor experience and wouldn’t recommend.
This company is a complete rip- off
NO STARS.This company is a complete rip- off. I ordered 2 sweaters that claimed to be knitted and looked great in the photos. Products arrived...disgraceful. cheap fabric..design nothing like photos. I've been in touch with them but no response yet.
BEWARE
Absolute rubbish it’s a scam keep away

Scam company - use chargeback to defeat them
Product was of pitiful quality and too small. As per other reviews Martha refused a refund, would not provide a return address or a formal complaints procedure. I initiated a chargeback claim via my credit card company (sending them copies of my emails with Martha as evidence of the company's stance). My credit card company dealt with it immediately and Martha capitulated. I received a full refund 2 days after starting the claim.
Very poor experience
Very poor experience. Poor quality, ill- fitting, poor customer service.
Was unable to return ill fitting coat.
DESPICABLE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Everything was wrong with this company from their website with deceitful name, false location, false advertising of their clothing that doesn’t exist, false lead times and fake customer service agents. I’ve never been so disappointed with a purchase like this one - particularly as they don’t allow returns. The quality of the item is so poor I feel bad to give it away to charity! This company needs to be taken down as it’s unethical and unacceptable to be robbed and fobbed off!
Ordered a coat from this company…
Ordered a coat from this company unfortunately did not read the small print that sale items cannot be refunded .The coat was no way a medium size it was more like xxs the material was cheap.I do not want a 50% voucher as nothing I like on the website. An expensive lesson .Will put it in the charity bag maybe someone will wear it.
Avoid at all costs this is not a legitimate company
I regret not reading what others have said about this company . I bought a dress on said to be onsale at half the price. It eventually arrived and I was totally shocked to find a cheap nasty piece of tat.they refuse to refund me and no returns policy. Instead they offered a voucher for 50% of the purchase price. I don’t want this voucher their products are rubbish.
Buyer beware whoever these people are , they operate a scam
DO NOT GET CAUGHT OUT BY THIS…
DO NOT GET CAUGHT OUT BY THIS TRICKERY... ITS ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH.
FAKE ADVERTISING, THE WORST MATERIAL POSSIBLE AND TAKES SO LONG TO ARRIVE. KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THESE SUB QUALITY AND SUB HUMANS WHO ARE STEALING FROM US ESSENTIALLY.
Disengenous concern, Avoid
Do not touch. Terrible customer service, slow replies which weren't relevant, and slow delivery. Item poor quality and fit not as per advertised. Seems impossible to return item for refund as excuse was given that , item was on promotion and offered a 50% coupon for another order (No way would I deal with this company again) ignorant of UK Consumer Law which doesn't allow this excuse here. (Checked with lawyer) Nothing was good about experience and the patronising language of being so frightfully nice, was yet another irritant.
I watched the BBC Rip off Britain…
I watched the BBC Rip off Britain programme about a few clothing sites selling items that were of very low quality. All the sites were called X-London. The names and the attached Union Flag gives the impression of a British product. At the time I was awaiting delivery of an item from Martha London and alarm bells rang!
Sure enough, the quality was nothing like the item advertised? Instead of being a lovely knitted cardigan, it was a cheap polyester shirt.
The programme highlighted the difficulty people were having returning items and getting refunds.
I have decided simply to cut my losses, learn my lesson and will send the item to the charity shop
Absolutely rip off avoid at all cost
Absolutely rip off avoid at all cost
Nil rating if this was possible
Goods advertised are not what were provided
Not cotton but 95 % polyester and 5% spandex
No way of doing anything about getting satisfactory
Steer Clear
Everyone, please don’t make the same mistake as me, these reviews are real, steer clear of this company, I’ve emailed them 5 times to return the boxer short I bought with no reply.
I bought large men’s boxer shorts, I’d be lucky if they got my 7 year old nephew.
Terrible quality
Terrible quality - not as described. Materials are cheap and nasty. AVoid at all costs. Waste of money.
Fake British Company -It's Chinese Rubbish…
Ordered a glass cat head with supposed beautiful eyes. Received something with printed on eyes. Very deceiving. Lucky I only spent £15 - it's worth £5. Have asked for a refund as site states 30 day refund. Returns policy is rather garbled. And what is "a refused delivery"?:Return
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days. Our returns department will notify you via email of the status.
Step 5 – Refused Deliveries
If you refuse to accept delivery of your order without a valid legal reason, a £15 handling fee will be deducted from your refund
This doesn't even make sense. Email addresses vary across the returns policy. One says contact NancyLondon.Shop but when you copy and paste this email address it pastes across as SophiaBrownUK23 !! Is that even legal? It all reeks of scam and I've been conned
