Martenshoe 

Months ago I put shoes in basket but didn't complete purchase. There was no way to remove them from the basket. Now I am constantly receiving emails telling me to to complete the order.. I've clicked on their email address to cancel but it's returned stating no such email address. SCAM! Do not get involved with this company.

shoes not delivered - no way to contact company scam how do I report them?

Ordered 3 bras absolutely dreadful cup size is tiny more of a teenager bra. Contacted the company on many occasions, only to be eventually been offered a third off ,,,,what is the point if the are not fit for use. Only gave 1 star as that was the lowest option available.

Another scam company showing up in adverts don't buy you won't get your money back and they send wrong sizes or too small like Sameria

Ordered a pack of 3 bras-awful. Poor quality and the worst fit ever! Wrote for instructions to return-tried to entice me to keep them and get a 20% refund! Why on earth would you keep bras that don’t fit!!!! Then there’s the return is expensive; it may get lost, and it may take a month. Absolutely awful customer care/service!!! Never again. Stay away. Do not order from them.

Recieved the bras today after waiting 3 weeks, very poor quality and the fit is awful. Waiting for them to tell me where to return them too so I can get my money back, though looking at other reviews I won't be holding my breath.

Bras do not fit, cup size far to small just fitting front part like a nipple cover. Not just side boob. Cannot get in touch will not answer my email and waited about three to four weeks for delivery

I would have also given zero points if I could to this company & wish I has looked on here 1st at the reviews. Sizes are NOT true to UK sizes. I ordered a bigger size just in case & it still came up VERY small.
After contacting them, I was offered 20% refund & I could keep the rip of bras, then went up to 30%, so in end I had to put in a dispute with PayPal, then offer went up to 35%, I couldn’t be asked anymore as this has been going on for days now, so accepted the 35% offer & put it down to experience.
So I would advise anyone who has bought items of this site to put in dispute with Paypal if you paid that way?, you won’t get all your money back but a little is better than nothing. It cost too much to send items back to get full refund.
The reviews on their Facebook page are all false.

I wish I'd have read the reviews before purchasing the bra's. Absolutely no support, cups to small, overall rubbish! Note to self - never order online again.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered shoes. Just like many other reviews, wrong size of shoes sent. Would not accept returns unless I paid to return them to China. Offered me a discount, did not offer to send correct size. Basically said to me even if I did return them they may well get lost!! Avoid this company at all costs

I have just been reading all the bad reviews & now realize i have been scammed by this so called company of £27 & have not even been sent the bras pack that i ordered.
Can anyone advize me or have an address/ phone number of who to contact to report this martenshoe whoever they are ?

I still haven't received these not happy at all

The bra's are not correct sizes,no mention anywhere they are not English sizes.not mentioned anywhere that it would cost £22 20 p to return them at your own cost.both my sister and myself ordered them together ,so a total of of £37.98 have emailed customer on numerous occasions and all they offer is 30percent and you keep the bra's which are no good to you when they are 2sizes to small.the company in my opinion are advertising falsely.and I will be taking this matter up with trading standards.

I have just received a pack of 3 bras. I have never seen such hideous looking bras in my life before! The cup size is nowhere near the correct size. They have massive fasteners at the back measuring about 4" with 4 hooks and there's even an extension piece with each bra! They are the ugliest bras I've ever seen. I won't bother contacting sellers as I can see from numerous comments it is a waste of time. What an absolute bunch of con artists. I will put this down to experience and will avoid this company like the plague. Bras going in bin as I feel charity shops wouldn't want them either.

I would give zero points if I could. This website is a scam. Sizes are completely wrong, and while sizes differ internationally, no measuring tables supplied for guidance to actually pick the right size. Customer service, which the site claims is fantastic, is practically nonexistent. Weeks after contacting them, I was offered a voucher for half the value, to try and "choose the right size" again, which I can't because - you guessed it - I have no way to establish what the right size is. Negative reviews on their facebook page and website get deleted. Steer clear.

Ordered 36 hot 46 emailed numerous times sent message on messenger no reply what so ever,shocking customer service

I wish I had read some reviews before ordering. I ordered some vests with bra shelf , have been looking for ages. Was under the impression it was a UK site until the package arrived from China. Trying to get a refund is pretty nigh on impossible, I'm not willing to risk the costs of returning it for them to argue even more about the refund. Am planning to contact trading standards to see if there is anything that can be done.
AVOID this site at all costs.

Ordered size 36.5 but received size 37 and they're too big. Also the quality is terrible. Asked to return them but was offered 30% discount if I kept the shoes. Why would I want to keep shoes that are too big? Then told I had to send them back to China at my expense even though I was sent the wrong size. The company is clearly scamming people. BEWARE!!!

Purchased these thinking that they looked nice. To negate the shipping cost, I bought 6! Bad move. I didn't realise that they came from China not a UK based firm as the advert appears to be (misleading at best). They do not fit in any way, shape or form. Having e-mailed the firm, I have received no reply at all. The FaceBook advert states that you can return them with no hassle but there is no paperwork in the package and nothing on the website saying how to return other than e-mailing them for return details - great if they reply. One reviewer has said they have 30 days to return the goods, I am reading on the website it is now only 14 days! Reading other reviews, they offer a 20%refund if you keep the goods - and the point of that is................????? I haven't even had that fun yet. To me this is an easy money making scheme by the Chinese. Having spent £36.95 I potentially could be offered £7.39!!!!!!!
The advert does not say anything about shipping back to them in China which is hugely expensive and you run the risk of them saying they have not received the goods back.

Look elsewhere for a comfortable bra!
