Martenshoe 

Shoes ordered from a different name but once paid email with marten shoe company as contact. Shoes too big and only given 14 days to return but no return details available, only through email, and no response to date. Looks like I'll have to keep and remind myself not to use non uk company .again.

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.
Thought I was buying a pair of Clarks trainers but what arrived after several weeks of waiting was a flimsy pair of shoes fit only for the bin.
As with all the comments below when asking to return for a refund I was told that I would have to pay the return postage to China that would likely cost more than the shoes themselves.
Hopefully with so many awful reviews this company will get removed from all UK selling platforms and if not there is something wrong.

Company crap not even receivedy parcel it has gone somewhere in Solihull can't get any help from evri and anelves.uk won't acknowledge my emails because the one on there website don't exist

I ordered some shoes on the 19th January, and they have not arrived yet.?

Ordered 2 pairs, different sizes expecting to be able send back to returns address on delivery label (UK) which is fine for but told have to send back to China and would cost more than shoes.
Sad really as shoe that fits is lovely.
I won't use them again.

Took a long time to arrive from China - cheap nasty imitation shoes. Zip broken on boot and asked for refund as not fit to wear. Offered 10% and then 20% refund or option to return them to China at my own expense (likely to be more than cost of boots)
Reluctantly taken the 20% - lesson learnt. Avoid at all cost

I ordered size 7.5 wide E-EEE and they arrived within 10 days - they seem quite well made BUT a) they are not Clarks b) they sent a size 42 rather than the 41.5 ordered and c) they are definitely not a wide fit - there is no label other than '42', in fact they are narrower than most regular fit shoes. Several emails later they have not addressed the issue of being sent the wrong item, offering first a 10% refund, then a 20% refund. I am not holding my breath for any further resolution.

I would rate this company as zero. I ordered this morning. They actually advertised these shoes were being sold by clarks. After ordering 2 pair 2 weeks ago i didn't think anything wrong until i received my email. This is so wrong i have been trying to cancel and not getting any response.

This is a scam, I wish I had read reviews first. Even though wrong size sent returns to China at my expense. Has anyone got any experience to share so I can get my money back?

Can we rate less than 1, complete scam,ordered boots ,changed my .Ind after reading reviews,try cancel less than hour later, wouldn't let me ,saying already sent,even though shop clearly stated that you have 12 hours to cancel or change order

Wrong size boots sent, plus blouse Large is probably UK size 12. Both poor quality. When I requested refund they suggested 10% refund and I should retain goods.
My follow up email, requesting full refund again- they offered 20% refund. Else they require you to bear cost of shipping back to CHINA! whilst giving dire warnings " items may take a long time to be returned or be lost in post".
Absolute SCAM - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Ordered winter boots from this company 3 Weeks ago.The money has gone out of my account but the boots haven’t turned up😳

No receipt on delivery of shoes and no instructions on how to return goods. Thought I’d bought some Clark’s boots but not made by Clark’s. Cheap and nasty boots. Also the sizing is not standard. My supposed size 39 are more like a 38. A scam outfit.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots on 22october and 26october the payments of £55 96 has been taken.no sign of boots and after reading the terrible reviews I would like a refund.how do I do this?

One star is one too many. Absolute scammers. Products are not as advertised. Bra cups wouldn't fit a Barbie doll. No returns, so breaks UK trading laws. Also edits all negative feedback from social media.

Can only assume a scam. I put items in basket but didn't complete purchase, now I can't get rid of reminders over 6 months later. I did get an email confirming my request to delete any reference to me, but this clearly hasn't actioned as I still get reminders. AVOID.

Item never arrived despite the Chinese tracking saying it had been delivered. Asked martenshoe to show proof of delivery which they never did. Initially they offered 70% refund which I refused. Eventually they said they would provide 100% refund but I have only received 10%, after continuous emailing, in two lots. They keep providing excuses and that they are pursuing the remainder but it seems to be waffle and lies. It looks like they are not legitimate so avoid!

I’m sorry I have to put one star at all because this is definitely a scam supplier. After seeing an advertisement on my Instagram feed I was tempted to order two pairs of shoes which appeared almost identical to a current favourite pair of mine - 2 pairs at £18.99 each entitled me to free shipping. They arrived via EVRI after a fortnight but with no receipt or returns information. They are badly made, poorly sized and unwearable. The links on the original email acknowledgment of my order bring up nothing.
I feel very stupid for not having checked reviews before ordering.

My wife ordered two pairs of shoes but when received they were totally the wrong size. No way of contacting them to get refund/replacement. To be avoided at all costs.
