Everyone that came out was friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. They moved my boiler from the cupboard to the kitchen and were tidy (well as tidy as you can be installing a boiler) fitted a new radiator and thermostatic valves on my existing radiators. The service from start to finish was fantastic and my home has never been so warm. All of this for a reasonable price and guarantee.

We have now has our ASHP,Solar PV , Battery and UFH heating system installed for a year trouble free. We arranged a service for our ASHP that was carried out quickly and efficiently thanks to Marshall and McCourt.

Everything was done well and on time. The system seems to be working well now. I don't know whether there will be any follow-up, but if everything continues to be good, next year I will be considering a service contract.

I was reminded by the company that my boiler required it's annual service. A date and a time was arranged approximately one month ahead. The engineer turned up on time, was friendly and professional and performed the service, tested the installation and left the boiler in a clean and tidy state. This may not sound remarkable but I have experienced many services from other companies that didn't go so well - appointments not honoured, boiler faults unresolved and boiler area left looking like a bomb site.

Had a very old central heating system in an old house replaced by a modern system. Including ground floor underfloor heating. So impressed by knowledge and professionalism of the team . I was having other building work done at same time and teams worked collaboratively.

Marshall and McCourt did an ASHP and underfloor heating project for us, from initial discussion though the design phase and to then doing the installation.
Can't speak highly enough about the team that came and did the work, very professional finish but also very friendly and helpful team.
They were not the cheapest quote we got (but definately not the most expensive either), however for large projects like ASHP and underfloor heating, its absolutely worth it for the attention to detail and post-work guarantees!!

Tony explained everything clearly including the siting of the ASHP and need to get planning permission. He was available to answer any queries and responded promptly.
