4" Duct Fan with controller
This fan works as expected and moves all the air that I need to move. It has a lot of functionality to it. In manual mode the fan can be run at any speed. In auto mode I use it to evacuate high temperature air or high humidity in my 4x4 Mars Hydro tent. There many more options as well. I also had great communication with Mars Hydro from shipping to installation. Products like this help toward letting the tent do the work for me.

Replacement parts.
Way to much effort to replace a simple part! Have to email to China and wait for a response. Mars needs a USA based rep. to deal with USA based issues. Customer service is slow but at least it's there. Had to purchase another light unit to keep the grow moving forward.

Supplemental lighting brackets
If you have supplemental lights from another company that doesn’t provide mounting brackets mars has got you covered. Their supplemental lighting brackets fit spider farmers supplemental light bars perfectly.
I wasn’t happy with shipping cost and reached out to support and it was fixed. They never said but I think their website needed some maintenance

MARSHYDRO-FC6500
Purchased a Marshydro FC-6500 and it has become faulty and stopped working completely within the 12 month warranty period I have emailed them received a reply asking for photos of transformer and power source so I sent them that was over a week ago have emailed them every day since still no reply think it’s very unprofessional to ignore and not honour your warranty policy for customers who always use you probably something simple like a faulty transformer would of been happy for a new one to just be sent out rather than to be ignored it’s left me it a real mess with things not happy

Money taken from my account and zero email confirmation and cannot view my order on their website.
