I had a 5 star experience


I had a 5 star experience. I ordered a smart set up from the UK website and THEN looked at reviews and thought oh dear... I’ve just wasted a few hundred quid - how ever! That’s not the case. The stuff came in less than a week from payment and I ordered it over bank holiday.
I’ve not set it up yet, but instantly opened the box to check if I’ve been scammed, and all was present and correct! I’m confident it will all work as it was also well packed.
Also, each box within the big main box had QC stickers on the seams.
It’s literally what I was hoping for when I saw it on the web. No issue at all. It is a sexy piece of kit.
So, that’s my experience. Perhaps I was just lucky. Hope you are too.

Scam

Scam, avoid at any costs. Dead silent after order, after contacting them they requested me to pay additional delivery fees that were "discovered during processing my order". Still hasn't been resolved...

Ordered a tent kit — everything arrived: light, fan, carbon filter, and so on. But not the tent… WTF?

Such an unprofessional company.

Purchased a spider farmer humidifier

Purchased a spider farmer humidifier. however, it arrived defective, and unable to use at all. Numerouse emails bacl and forth.. a lot of Bot generated replies...this company just tried to get me to give up and go away... eventually was able to send unit back for refund. A terrible experience.. i will not use this company again.

SCAM!

SCAM!! I bought a heater and a humidifier that both arrived defective. After multiple videos, photos, and emails proving the problem, Spiderfarmer NEVER refunded me and only tried to waste time so I would give up!! Their customer service is nonexistent because the email replies are automatically generated, it's outrageous. Luckily, I made the purchase via PayPal. They refunded me based on the evidence sent to SpiderFarmer. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

crap company

crap company. complete scam! will refuse to re send parcel or refund. even tho its been delivered to another address marked clearly by yodel.

emailed MANY TIMES back and forth for a month now
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!

I had some issues with the function of my light

I bought a SE7000 before 1 month. I had some issues with the function of my light and initially left a poor review but their customer service responded to my problem quickly and made everything right. There are some reviews about their service being poor but I can tell you it was not the case with me. We exchanged multiple messages daily until a replacement agreement was reached. Thank you Spider farmer. Love the light.

Avoid

Avoid this company and do yourself a favour and buy from someone else like marshydro

So my story , bought the 720w light, first time it's switched on a bar doesn't work , no problem I'm sure spiderfarmer will exchange light I thought but NO , I am now into the 3rd week of what's turning into a nightmare with clouds , they expect me to pay the postage to send light back to some random UK warehouse with the promise of a refund, now the real problem is dealing with the customer services , they have outright lied about sending a replacement part as its obvious what part of light is damaged but that was just a plain ol lie now I send emails everyday and not even replying but expect me to trust this untrustworthy company to not only send new light as replacement but also the my cost of postage , I really believe I'll end up with no light and no refund for my postage fees, these guys really seem that bad , I can 100% advice against buying from spiderfarmer as any problems and your basically on your own with no UK rights on replacement product , the warranty is worthless really , I'm disgusted these Chinese outfits are allowed to operate in the UK market, my only hope now is Mastercard helping me out

5 star from start to finish

5 star from start to finish. Fast delivery. I had a minor hiccup my end with my email address which was my fault! They got back to me with in 5 mins and helped me out. Product was well packed and all fully working. Don’t get why they have so many bad reviews I will defo be using these again email is a little hard to get hold of but their facebook page is the one If you need to chat with them highly recommend

I wouldn't even give these clowns 1 star! They use Hermes to deliver, which is a big mistake. My parcel was not delivered by Hermes even though they marked it delivered, which after a quick google it looks like I'm not the only one this has happened to and hasn't left me a leg to stand on. My bad experience is mostly down to Hermes to be fair, but when I contacted Spider Farmer to get them to help me, as they are Hermes customer and not myself, I was asked to contact Hermes (even though it says on Hermes website that the supplier has to contact them) and ask for an "unsigned certificate". I have no idea what this is and have never been asked to do this before. Spider Farmer just gave me the same cut & paste reply each time I contacted them asking them for help. Hermes have been ignoring my e-mails for over a week now & you are not able to call them. I also think Spider Farmer's customer service is in China as the English wasn't the best in the e-mails. I have basically been going back and forth between Spider Farmer & Hermes for nearly 3 weeks now & I have got absolutely nowhere as Hermes is now ignoring me & I have given up with Spider Farmer. I now have to hope that I can make a claim on the credit card which will take weeks to get refunded if I'm eligible. At the moment I'm £140 out of pocket. I have a spider Farmer light already and they are very good. However, there are plenty of other equally good lights for around the same price such as Mars Hydro lights which I will be getting as an alternative. Spider Farmer, your customer service is letting you down badly & also DO NOT USE HERMES!

Fantastic products and service

Had a few questions before purchase so contacted and heard back in timely manner. All info requested was provided so was happy to continue with purchase. Goods arrived quickly and very well packed. Like for like, would be hard pressed to purchase what I did for similar price. Easy to navigate site, helpful informative CS, goods exceeded expectations
