Alfie loves his new food. He gets so excited when I open a box. I reached out to customer service as I wasn’t sure how much I should feed Alfie and received a response straight away. I was worried about changing my dogs…
I was worried about changing my dogs from raw to wet but after them both refusing more and more I knew I had to do something. I started by buying the odd ones from Waitrose and found my dogs really enjoyed it. Their poos were better formed. Yes it’s a little more expensive than other foods but by subscribing there are discounts to have. The staff are extremely helpful and answer any questions you may have. Would definitely recommended.

Marleybones is my Lab's favourite
Marleybones is so convenient, it makes feeding times super easy. This is the only food my labrador truly loves, and he's so into it that he loves licking the packs too! His weight is spot on, his fur looks better and his occasional skin problems have vanished! It's an investment but I don't regret it three months on.

Hazel loves her food from Marley bones
Hazel loves her food from Marley bones. There are so many different flavours from salmon to beef, chicken etc. Hazel loves them all and wolfs them down. I love the fact that the food does not take up freezer space and they are so easy to take when travelling as they do not need to be in the fridge until the box has been opened. We have tried a number of other dog food companies but Marley bones is by far the best as it is so convenient.

MarleyBones is our saviour for Jesse
MarleyBones is just amazing, our very complex boxer Jesse can ONLY eat Marleybones. She has quite an aggressive form of inflammatory bowel disease and after a year of being extremely ill, surgeries, investigations, she finally got her diagnosis along with a long list of intolerances too. Marley bones are brilliant for their single protein, steam cooked food and Jesse has the beef (as this is the only protein she can eat). She goes mad for it every meal time, absolutely loves her food and has never been so healthy in all of her life.
As for Marleybones customer service, incredible. Every time we have a question or query, their team of people are just amazing, understanding and clearly dog lovers.
We cannot thank Marleybones enough for keeping our Jesse healthy and just being amazing. Thank you.
Every dog is different but I can say, this food is perfect for my Jesse.

I'd like to start by saying I have fed my dog Marleybones for several years, he loves it and I have always found their customer service to be top notch. This was evidenced recently when I noticed a problem with some of the food I ordered, I was offered a replacement straight away and the new food was delivered within a few days. The worst customer support I’ve ever…
The worst customer support I’ve ever experienced.
Between 20-30% of their food is water and bones and they will not acknowledge that they are not 100% good for the dog. They do not let you cancel the subscription and they’re impossible to get a hold of.
Do not recommend in the slightest. Horrible, horrible experience

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you sharing your feedback. The ingredients used in our meals are clearly listed on our website and packaging. Our meals are made with high-quality ingredients, around 60% meat or fish, plus vegetables and superfoods such as chia, linseeds, and hemp, with yucca added for digestive support. The remaining percentage is moisture (plain water) used for steam-cooking. Our meals are slow-cooked to lock in natural flavours and nutrients, and include added vitamins for a complete and balanced diet.
Regarding your subscription, as soon as we received your email and noted the difficulties you encountered on your end, we immediately cancelled it and issued your full refund. We always aim to make our self-service options easy to access and process, so our customers can manage their subscriptions smoothly.

Easy to order and fast delivery. All though my incredible fussy dogs unfortunately won’t eat the food (honestly why?) they have gone crazy for the treats and will eat the supplements which is a big win for us! Will absolutely be ordering more of the treats!
