We have have spent a long time finding the best food for Eric and after trying him on many different products he settled on Marleybones.
He looks forward to his mealtimes with great excitement.
His reaction tells me everything.
He has been on Marleybones for around ten months and he has no tummy issues on it and he never leaves any his his bowl.
He has a lovely shiny coat and an active life all due to the product he is eating. Long may it continue. Thanks.

Delightful food from a delightful company
I’ve tried numerous dog food companies over the six years my joyful Cavapoo has been with me. Fresh, frozen, dry and wet. He’s a real foodie so loves most things but to find a company who provides fresh food that doesn’t have to be kept in the freezer or fridge is a huge leap forward. The meals have gone down a treat too. I’ve had a few questions, all were answered quickly, thoroughly and with a genuine interest in my dog, not just my order. This company is a delight to deal with.

Great company
We've been using Marleybones well over 1 year now. This has been amazing for our boys digestion and his coat is so shiny. Our boy gets so excited for meal times with Marleybones. In the time we've used this we've only ever had one issue with DPD and this was recent but customer service with Marleybones were amazing and sorted this out for us so quickly. Cannot fault them.

I have brought Marleybones from my…
I have brought Marleybones from my local pet shop so I haven't had to deal with them directly. But I emailed to ask about calorie content in their food, this was during a weekend. I didn't expect to get a response until Monday, but within a few moments I had a reply. My dog loves the food. He is a very recent amputee and still getting used to hopping around. I was in the kitchen and opened the Chicken recipe and looked round and there he was hobbling in with his nose going ten to the dozen!

Great service both in the delivery the product, the customer service and the actual product! Roxie is loving her new food already and had her head in the box when it was delivered!. The carton (eco friendly packaging which we are loving as well) makes it so much easier to store the fresh food, rather than taking up space in the freezer! Thank you Marleybones! Such a disappointing experience
I was planning on swapping from Butternut Box to Marleybones as, although similar ingredients, I would prefer to not to be using so much plastic.
What a let down! I’m sure the food is great but, the ordering process and customer service is so confusing! Firstly, you have to complete the info about your dog, checkout and pay, before doing the whole process again for another dog. Why not complete one quiz, order and put in the basket and move on to next dog, order and put in the basket and pay together?
Then one box arrived with no indication of what dog it was for. Although beautifully packaged, the feeding guide was not complete and the wording of the leaflet is so confusing!
The Marleybones Customer Care is predominantly an AI bot that can’t answer your queries and I’m not convinced that the emails aren’t AI generated either. The first thing it suggests is that I’ve ‘mislaid’ the feeding guide, rather than the information being incomplete. The spaces where my dog’s info should have been was just blank.
Then there’s the price!! Nearly £170 per month for two small dogs. My Hello Fresh subscription is cheaper than that for two full grown adults.
This was such a disappointing experience, so I’ve cancelled my subscription.

I have a very fussy dog
I have a very fussy dog. And after a long search and a lot of food wasted i must say that Marleybones is amazing! My dog absolutely loves it. This is the only wet dog food that he actually eat with an appetite.
I've had 3 orders in already and definitely will be going back for more. This is out go to food now.
