In February, I had breast implant removal and an uplift with Mr Mark Solomos.
To say I am happy with my results is an understatement, I love them!
From start to finish my entire experience with Mark, and his amazing PA Christine (who is so lovely) has been incredible. Any questions I ever had was never a bother, the staff who worked with him on the day were all wonderful and very caring, and the clinic itself is really nice.
I plan on coming back to have my tummy tuck, I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else.

I have had an exceptional experience with Mark from start to finish. He was professional, approachable, and truly reassuring throughout the entire process. He made me feel completely comfortable and confident that I could trust him to meet my needs — and he exceeded all expectations. I am absolutely over the moon with my results.

I underwent a breast reduction with implants, and the transformation has been truly life-changing. Before the procedure, I constantly felt physically weighed down, self-conscious, and unhappy with how I looked. His secretary, Christine, was also wonderful— so approachable and easy to contact. I especially appreciated that she attended the consultation and my post-operative appointment; it was really nice to see and meet them both throughout my journey.

I had a Diastis recti ( tummy tuck ) op Oct 2025 . ( birth truama) 2005 PSTD ) following a breast uplift April 24 with Mark first.
I did this in relation to loosing 20 kilos over 2 years to help my back with a severe scoliosis and strengthen my core.
I can't thank Christine/ Mark enough for reassuring me about each procedure. I didn't feel anything with the breast uplift and went back to work within 5 days .
I was building myself up for the tummy op after loosing the weight myself I was left with loose skin 1.5 kilo and fat 1.5 kilo I wouldn't have shifted myself. I made sure I was ready physically and mentally even though I nearly changed my mind 4 times but I knew I was in expert hands. I needed to let go of the anxiety and small nhs health issues that came up causing more drama. Nothing Phased Mark . I was reassured and after the procedure I took 3 weeks off work . I work in dentistry. It's uplifted my confidence/ my self esteem/ I have no back pain and it looks amazing. I have the uplifted breasts and had a little liposuction and a flat tummy all is in proportion now to my physique I dreamed of . It's like a work of art looking like a 20 year old . Within a a few days up to a week of meds I had no pain and Mark was there to reassure me again teaching me even to massage my tummy myself , lymphatic massage therapy also enchanced my healing journey thanks to all the tips from Christine etc . They were with me on this journey from beginning to end without fail when I needed to ask post op questions . I made a remarkable recovery and I'm over the moon that I went ahead , it wasnt just cosmetic for me. It was to strengthen my damaged core muscles/ uplift my breasts from years of breastfeeding and helped my back from constant pain / sciatica. It was a no brainer a 4 for 1 procedure not just cosmetic to enchance my figure- it boosted my worth and feminity , help my back pain/ strengthen my core to prevent further ops in future like prolapse it's all connected. Mark is so humble and puts you at ease he simply is a genius / artist in his profession.
Thank you so much I felt like a VIP and treated like a Queen . It's 3 mths now and I don't even feel I went through major surgery it's remarkable and I made such a quick recovery . I followed all the steps to recovery and I'm now back to my gym classes and tennis 3 weeks ago.
I cannot recommend Mark enough .

I had implants placed by Mr Solomos 11 years ago, and they continued to look fantastic with no issues at all.

After turning 50, I decided it was the right time to have them removed and undergo an uplift.

Undergoing a Breast Augmentation alongside a Secondary Revision Septorhinoplasty was a fantastic decision. I had an augmented breast reduction in August and the results are amazing. I went to Mark because I had lost 6 stone in weight and my breasts were extremely saggy with no upper pole fullness. I wanted to reduce my breast size but achieve a round full shape. Mark was the only surgeon offering a reduction with augmentation. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the results. Ive recently had a mummy makeover with Mark. My whole experience has been great. Booking online was simple. The consultation was really in depth and Mark explained everything to me in detail. I had a breast uplift with implants, abdominoplasty with muscle repair and liposuction. The recovery went really well. I had to take it easy for a few weeks but the pain was really manageable and wasn't as bad as I was expecting from major surgery. Im now 11 weeks post op and im thrilled with my results. The breasts are perfect. He has corrected quite a large asymmetry and given them a perfect lift and restored lost volume. My tummy is tight and flat. I may even have mini abs one day. The liposuction has been the cherry on top. I've always struggled with fatty love handles. Not anymore. I can't thank Mark and Chrissy enough. They've been amazing.

I came to the Cadogan clinic for a Septorhinoplasty with Mark Solomos. The experience from the start to the end has gone above my expectations. Firstly I’m over the moon with the results of my surgery, I couldn’t have picked a better surgeon for this. Mark has improved my breathing and also given me a natural aesthetic result, which is what I asked for. My new nose looks like it should have always been my nose. I no longer feel self conscious. Secondly, my anaesthetist Cristos was very patient with me, I was very nervous on the day and I want to mention a special thank you to the anaesthetists assistant Jackie who really reassured me it was all going to be ok and stayed with me until I was asleep and came to see me after when I woke, she was very warm and calming and really took the edge off my nerves. Another thank you goes to Christine and Catherine Mark’s assistants, who both were very helpful and always contactable before and after surgery. Overall I am exceptionally happy with Mark as my surgeon, my results and overall experience.

I had Bilateral Breast Reduction with Augmentation and Abdominoplasty with Liposuction with Mark in April 2024.

I had just the best experience. From my initial telephone conversation with Chrissy, to my surgery and ongoing aftercare, everything was truly outstanding. Chrissy and Mark were so approachable, honest and kind throughout.

Implant Removal, Breast Uplift, Abdomiplasty & Liposuction
I wanted to give a big shout out to Mr Mark Solomos, Christine Blake and the rest of the team for the wonderful care I received from them. After developing severe en capsulation of my right implant as a result of radiotherapy for breast cancer I was advised by several doctors the only option was to have the implants removed. Mark was the only surgeon prepared to remove them and offer an uplift. All other doctors said an uplift would be too risky and could lead to severe complications. Mark was honest about the risks but was confident he could manage the risks and deal with any eventuality’s. I had the operation to remove the implants, lift the breasts, fix a hernia, a tummy tuck and liposuction at the end of January at the Highgate Hospital. The operation went well and I spent just one night in hospital. I felt very safe in Marks hands and he and his patient care manager explained everything to me along the the way and during my recovery. The results of the operation exceeded all my expectations. I was able to return to work after two weeks and five weeks later I was able to go skiing and felt fitter and more body confident than I have in years. Less than three months later the scarring is virtually invisible. If you are considering surgery I would highly recommend Mark Solomos. Not only is he a brilliant surgeon but both he & Christine are so approachable and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you both so much

Mr Solomos is a Master of his Craft. I was lucky enough to have breast reduction surgery with Liposuction and am totally scar fee.

Christine his PA was always there with helpful advice and support throughout. They make a great team.
