We where expecting that you already received the bag since our last email. It seems that the bag was lost in transit or got stolen by one of the couriers.
We will issue a full refund.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience, but unfortunately it is out of our control once the parcel is being handed to the shipping operators and Sweden Post Office.

Bag cost over $100 and the zip broke in 8 months (warranty lasts for 6 months). Tailors said it would cost $150 because the whole main zip had to be replaced

Great bag, very well organised.
Great bag, very well organised. The only downside is once you've loaded up all the pockets, there is not much space left for anything else like a jacket or something that won't fit in to a pocket.
