Terrible customer service
Hello, I placed the order on July 14th but I haven't received any news on it. By reading other reviews it seems that my order won't make it. I have contacted the company through Facebook, Instagram and email but no one replies back. Customer service is terrible

Two weeks after, I received an email from the representative telling me that they were not going to be able to fulfill my order so I got a refund

I orderd a rucksack with…
I orderd a rucksack with zippeextension, becaus I need it. I got a rucksack without zipper extension. To send it back to england costs more than 30€. I wrote to Mark Ryden but got no answer. So I have now a rucksack I can not use. If I send it back, half of the price goes to the return shipping.

Great bag at a great price
Great website. Easy to find a product and great range. Was looking for a travel bag for the plane to carry iPad Pro , headphone and power pack etc but didn’t want a full rucksack. Found Mini Compacto Pro It great right size well made and quality matrieral and look. Ordered and shipped immediately received within a week so pleased with service. This is my 2nd MR bag and I can see me getting a 3rd (rucksack) now that I am back in the office 2 days a week.

I ordered the Expandos bag and it arrived soon. An amazing product, much better than expected!
I ordered the Expandos bag and it arrived quite soon (less than a month).
It's my best buy for the year! Incredibly practical, both for the city (laptop and stuff) and for travel (a lot of free space when expanded).
When expanded, it's the size of a cabin bag that fits under the airline seat, so it's perfect for economy tickets.
I was kind of afraid because I didn't know the company, and if it's legit or not. Turns out, they're GREAT!

Buying from this seller is just cheating!
I ordered a backpack from them and paid extra for fast and high-quality delivery. They promised that the order will come within 14 or 15 days, but almost 2 months have passed and nothing. At first they were silent on my order, then they sent a non-existent track number, then they apologized that there was an error with the track number and promised to solve it in the near future. About a month has passed since their promise, and they just keep silent.
I am more than sure that this is not an official store, but simply deceivers who entice you to buy with a low price and discounts. I will look for ways to punish this seller and get my money back.
P.S. It is a pity that I cannot attach our correspondence with this seller in this review.

The wrong track number was sent on November 20th and we immediately started discussing this issue. In this case, more than a month has passed since your promise to fix the problem with the track number, and unfortunately you still haven't solved this problem. It should also be borne in mind that I paid an increased commission for fast delivery.
This track number does not exist in principle, you are deceiving by saying that this track number was specified from another order. Below I will leave this track number as proof.

I have recently purchased a Mark Ryden backpack from them and because it was out of stock in Europe’s warehouses, the backpack took a bit longer to arrive. It was worth the waiting as I am taking my bag everywhere with me!! Ross informed me about the potential delays that might occur due to COVID and to value me as their customer he even offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase which I will definitely use on Christmas time!

Refund policy too strict
I ordered my backpack 3 weeks ago and followed the tracking number every day. A few days ago, my package was marked as delivered even though there was nothing in front of my door. I was in contact with customer service and was very polite to the representative. She explained to me that my address is missing an apartment number, even though I recall putting it in. Unfortunately, just like any fraud company, they do not provide refunds or a way to reship my product. She told me to contact USPS, and they told me the package has been delivered to its address. Just like the other reviews, don't bother shopping here. You are better off spending the extra $10 or so on the Bobby backpacks. Same anti-theft features, but better customer service if necessary. If you really want to buy from this company, do so at your own risk.
Edit: Now they're trying to remove this review by saying that I've reviewed the wrong domain. Rest assured that this is the Mark Ryden Global company that failed to provide a backpack that I looked forward to enjoying. This company will not silence negative reviews.

The customer did not spoke with us due to the reason that we do not have any females in our company, so when he mentions that “she told him”, it seems that he is mistaken us with a different retailer.
Therefore we are trying to remove this review because is based on a different company selling the same products.
Took money, but no bag
Shipped my bag from China instead of Europe despite me being located in UK. Bag now lost in China (tracking has not updated in over a week). No replies to emails despite several attempts. I will be applying with my card provider to attempt to get money back.
