Excellent Customer Service

I ordered a pair of Helly Hansen sailing shoes, which were delivered quickly. Unfortunately the wrong pair was delivered. I rang the company and spoke to a very pleasant and helpful lady who apologised profusely. Within 5 minutes a replacement slip was sent to me and the shoes were returned to the PO. The correct pair was sent on to me the same afternoon with no fuss. Brilliant service and new shoes perfect!

Purchase of boat maintenance products

The website was easy to navigate with an excellent choice of products at reasonable prices. Placing an order was simple and I was kept informed of the delivery process throughout, which was speedy and efficient. The products arrived in good time and were very well packaged.
I will definitely be using Marine Supplies Direct again and would highly recommend them.
