I apologise for the one star rating
I originally gave a one star rating when the wrong filters arrived, but in reply to my email the correct filters arrived the next morning. My apologies for the rating I gave and have accepted the reason for the incorrect filters being sent in the first place.
I have dealt with MVHR before and have always found them efficient, honest and reliable.
