Fast delivery, good price
All good apart from Fed Ex, which is the worst courier in my area. The delivery was supposed to be signed for, but they just left it in the garage and never even knocked on the door.

What a great service
The Marine Superstore was a great experience from start to finish. The gilet we ordered was a gift for our son in law, who was thoroughly delighted with the quality, size, style etc. The item was very competitively priced, delivery was clearly communicated and was timely, it actually arrived a day ahead of schedule. The item was as shown in the photographs and true to size, we really cannot recommend the Marine Superstore enough.

Great service

The item I wanted was out of stock. You kindly asked me if I wanted to go onto your waiting list. I agreed to this, not really expecting to hear back. Six weeks later I received an e-mail from you saying the inflatable tender was back in stock. I therefore ordered it and the item was delivered to my door at no extra charge in only 2 WORKING DAYS ! Brilliant service and well done to the whole team at Marine Super Store.

Horrendous
Horrendous, took 2 days of work to receive delivery and never came , came on the 3rd day when I was back to work .
Got got left in the rain by the courier.
Was also charged twice and received to products when only wanting 1, nearly 10 days for a refund!
Won't be ordering again
