Premium delivery?
I ordered a part on Saturday morning and paid for premium delivery as I was on vacation for a week and needed the part to use a boat. The part was in stock but only arrived on Thursday. I complained to the delivery company who advised that I should talk to the superstore. I reached out to the superstore by e-mail 4 days ago, saying that I was not impressed and have yet to hear back from them.

Thanks for your review and I'm sorry about the delay in receiving your order.
You placed the order on Saturday 22nd, so it was despatched on Monday 24th for delivery on Tuesday 25th. Delivery was attempted on Tuesday, but the driver found the gate to be closed and no access available to the property. It was only after you had made contact with the courier and provided the gate code that the item was delivered.
We have searched our emails and I'm afraid we have not received any emails from you.

They sell brilliant gear at much lower cost that anyone else, I bought a genuine helly hansen cruise jacket £55:00 cheaper delivered in 24 hrs i only use these guys for all my outdoor rain gear.

This is a great company to buy from. Recently I realised that I had ordered the wrong size of mooring line compensators. The items had not yet been delivered and I contacted them to let them know my mistake. Katy told me to refuse the parcel when it arrived and they would arrange a full refund.I refused to accept the parcel when it arrived and I received a full refund a few days later.
Now that is exceptional service.
