trying to order some dresses but I have some questions to be answered first. This company has been completely unresponsive and their phone number was answered by 'hello' from a man who then us hung up. The other phone number asked me to text them a message. And via email they simply ignore. This company seems suspicious. beware.

Only 2 of my 4 items arrived although the order states all delivered..I’ve emailed,texted both numbers and used the FB link provided..nothing! Going to file through Paypal and my CC as this is ridiculous !
****Finally got a reply from the Las Vegas number via txt and she was incredibly helpful. She processes the refunds too and it went thru smoothly. If fact the remaining 2 items arrived 5 days later. So any issues txt the Las Vegas 792 number .. updated stars with review.

I have been a loyal customer for several years now and just LOVE their offbeat, different styles. I can dress it up or down, but it’s always a fun look and I always get lots of compliments on their clothing. They are always introducing new styles, so encourage you to get on their email list! Quality clothing that last multiple seasons. It might take a while for the orders to arrive, but it’s worth the wait!! My favorite, offbeat source for me! Please give them a try!

Looks like my experience with Marigold Shadows reflects yours exactly. First of all, returns CAN NOT be made on their website even though first couple of steps you will follow look promising. After that you get a message that you need to send them an email to initiate a return. They will ask you what are the reasons for your return (you can expect that email almost immediately). But wait! Once you do that there will be no reply to your emails. I've sent 4 so far requesting return instructions with no answer. Oh, yes! And I'm stuck with a coat that looks like a dog rug. I was trying to be nice and told them the reason for the return is the fit (I buy my clothes in size M, this looks on me like it's 2 sizes too big, it's M). I wish I could attach pictures. The coat looks nothing like the advertised picture. It is also very heavy (imagine wearing a rug!).
Do not buy, unless you have space in your closet and looking to fill it with crap.

I ordered twice from them BECAUSE I started with ordering clothes. The clothes were decent which then caused me to order the Baddie Barrel Boots - they are not the best quality but still wearable. They’re photos are better than the actual quality of items.

I’ve waited over a month for a coat to come for my mom. They took the money out November 29 and I went to track the package today and it states order is cancelled ! This is crazy and no one from the company contacts back emails see photos it states order cancelled by company and no money has been returned !

I purchased the KUCHANA ASYMMETRIC CAPE COAT and it’s cute and comfortable. I love everything that Marigold Shadow produces. Their pieces are unique and thoughtfully created. And their service is impeccable, they’re super communicative, you can tell there are real humans who love their craft behind the emails. I can’t wait to add more of their pieces to my wardrobe.

I ordered the frandie dress and received it a few weeks ago. The dress is amazing, beautifully made, even lined. The only problem was the sizing was really small, so I needed to exchange it. Working with customer service was very easy. I explained the problem and exchanged the dress. I would highly recommend buying this dress. Just be aware that you’ll need to size up. I wear a size 6 and ended up with a large.

Can someone please explain how to return the jacket I bought? It doesn’t fit.
It arrived this morning Saturday Sept 7.

So the item arrived on time and looks good. HOWEVER...it smells like mildew! I've watched enough clothing/scam documentaries (looking at you LuLa Rich) to suspect the clothing hasn't been properly stored. I washed the item in lavender detergent, dried it, and now have it airing outside. It's been days and it still smells.

Just received my fourth Marigold shipment of clothing and I am just so delighted! Again! The first time you I ordered from them many years ago, their sizing was too small for westerners. But they have learned and every time I wear one of their designs, not only do my friend compliment me, but strangers in fashion mavens on Seventh avenue in Manhattan, stop me and ask, “ where did you get that?” And I am 72=years old!

Took a long time to receive the products and 1 of the 2 pieces did not look like the picture, the 2nd one had inexpensive fabric and did not look as nice as the advertised picture. I have written them 4x and they still have NOT provided me with a return label. It was a birthday gift for myself while I am laid off due to the WGA/sag strike and I just want to return it so I can use the money to get something I actually want. I hope they get back to me soon as it has been 3 days of trying to get a return label so I can use the money elsewhere and they are not helping!

I absolutely adore Marigold Shadows! Their clothing collection is so unique and avant-garde, the best part is that they are reasonably priced. I haven't had any issues with their return process and they are really transparent about their policies, so I'm not sure why some people have complained about it. Plus, their customer service is top-notch! It's rare to get a response from a real person.

Crap. Doesn’t even have a label. They are still saying they sent a return label that they didn’t. They are trying to steal from their customers. DONT ORDER from them!

Update: they finally sent the return label after responding to the review. So it only took three emails, 30 minutes on the phone with the credit card company and then this review for them to finally agree to take their crap back. When I google the address that they sent me to return the items to it’s another business… Best Water Damage Repair Experts Las Vegas. Just as a side note it is against federal law to sell clothing in the US without a label and this company does it anyway. Save yourself some time and don’t order from them.

This review is for new clothes that have not been washed yet. I ordered a vegan leather dress, newsprint shirt dress, denim "sweatshirt" (fits a petite frame like a swing dress) and poplin dress with large grommet details. Everything arrived from China within weeks. Given current shipping issues I expected delays, but there were none. The clothes appear to be good quality; the denim is heavy, the poplin light and billowy, the vegan leather substantial and drapes like leather. I am very pleased with everything and once it has all been cleaned a couple of times, I'll update the review. The only fit issue I encountered was with the vegan leather dress being tight in the bust. I should have ordered a size up. My style icon son approved of the denim swing dress which is about as high a compliment one could hope for.
Dec 2023: the long overdue update. I have washed the pieces several times, cold water, hang to dry (with the exception of the vegan leather dress which I had to give away as it was too small). They've all held up very well. I highly recommend Marigold Shadows.

Legit store, legit style! I love my Reina one sided sleeve and keep finding new outfits to match it with. Top marks to their customer service department too, my parcel had issues at my countries airport so they sent me a new one super quick. Their communication was quick, friendly and effective. Will definitely purchase from them again.

I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, which as usual, I read after I had sent and paid for some items, but there was no need, items came within the time specified and both items were just as I’d hoped, great style, fitted well and good quality, in fact I couldn’t have asked for more, I shall definitely be ordering from Marigold Shadows again.

I’ve ordered jeans from Marigold. Nice quality and style , however they very short leg. Nothing like on the website picture. So I’m very disappointed as it really spoils the look and wouldn’t recommend to order any trousers or jeans from them unless you have short legs ....

I ordered from Marigold Shadows a while ago when I was gone for a year for studies abroad. While I couldn't take care of the shipping and delivery matters at home the support was super helpful even through Covid times! Their support was great and I looked forward to my item so much when I heard it got delivered on time. Skip forward a few months and I come home to a good quality item in a unique style that I had been searching for forever and they offered it! A big recommendation for people with unique fashion senses.

And even better, when I contacted them again after so long to thank them for their patience with my review, they again were the sweetest in the interactions! I will definitely order again and can recommend them to everybody!
