Great customer service!
I ordered the wrong size shirt for my husband. I sent the t-shirt back for a replacement, but sadly the style was a limited run and no longer available. They sent the t-shirt back to me and included another free shirt in my husbands correct size. The customer service team went above and beyond! Thanks so much!!~ :-)

They forgot to ship my order. They only shipped it after I reached out two weeks later. There was no apology, simply a “here’s your tracking!” I’ve asked for a refund several times and have never heard back from their Customer Service. I’m very disappointed with this company.

Never disappoints!
I’ve been ordering shirts from them for a few years now and have over 10 clothing items from them. All their clothes were great quality and great designs! All of my items arrived on time and without any damage or complications. 10/10 would support and recommend their products!

Super Thoughtful Customer Service
I reached out to the NatureBacks team to see if they still sold their Nova design. Although the design was retired, An had reached back out days later after finding an extra shirt they still had on hand. They shipped it out to me that same day. It was super thoughtful and I’m still very happy with my shirt. I hope yall bring back some of your older designs🙏🏻. Thank you again, An!

I have been ordering shirts from Nature Backs since 2023 and have had no issues. I love the designs and quality of their shirts. I have contacted customer service via email and text for different issues (some being mistakes I’ve made) and they have been quick to respond, helpful, and nice. The only critique I have is sometimes feeling disappointed in missing the limited release of some designs and struggling to access my reward points. Customer service has been helpful in giving me codes to redeem my points when I cannot access them

Nature backs customer service was AWESOME
Nature backs customer service was amazing, we had a little mix up with sizes and they 100% corrected their mistake and then some. Not only did I get extra goodies they refunded what was necessary and even sent me out new sizes. Needless to say I could have been an unhappy customer but they corrected every problem quickly and efficiently. Thank you nature backs I will be coming back for more in the future!!

It's been 24 days since I placed my order. They're either intentionally misleading their customers or their internal operations are so disorganized they barely qualify as functional. The company is mostly nonresponsive to calls and emails, but on two separate occasions, I received a reply telling me they sent the package out that day. The tracking indicated no movement from the facility BOTH times. Only after reporting them to the BBB, FTC and the Arkansas Attorney General, did they appear to get on top of my order (23 days after placing the order). They emailed me yesterday (day 23) to give a weak excuse that was flat out dishonest and shows how incompetent they are. In the email, they told me the reason I haven't received it yet is because they didn't have a color I ordered and were planning to ask me what replacement I wanted, but forgot... They went on to tell me that they just got a shippment in that day for the color I ordered and will be mailing it out soon 🙄 - Mind you, this response is right after reporting them and after they had emailed me 18 days and 7 days earlier to tell me the package had been shipped! This was my first order. I really wanted to like this company, but after this ridiculous experience, I will never order from them again. I should have searched the reviews first because they have a track record for this. Shame on Naturebacks and shame on Chet and An(n) for your dishonesty, your poor communication, and poor operation. Trust me, they want to take your money and hope you forget you placed your order. Please report these fraudsters!

Current experience: I had a shirt that I got for a limited time Halloween drop. My dog decided the sleeve needed to come off so bye bye favorite shirt. Reached out on a whim to see if there was any chance they would be released again or they had some left over… turns out they did! The customer service was super friendly and happened within 24 hours for each response. I really appreciate them going above and beyond!
I’ve been buying these shirts for a couple years now and can’t get enough! New designs all the time, printed on comfort colors (heck yes), fast shipping and cute little freebies in your order!
As a long standing customer I give a 10/10

I have placed multiple orders with the company and I have had no issues. Some orders arrive in several shipments but no items have been missing. The shirts feel great and get better and softer with each wash. The designs last.

No help with customer service
If I had read the reviews, I would have not ordered from this company. I had placed my order on 5/14/25. The website stated orders ship between 3-5 business days. I kept tracking the order and my order wasn't moving. There was a shipping label made on 5/22/25 but, the order had not shipped. I had contacted customer service and this was my response "If you still have any concerns or questions upon your request, please email us back and we will be happy to further assist you!" No answer on where my package is. I emailed them back and have not heard back. I can not get through on any of the customer service phone numbers.

The service keeps getting worse and worse
This is the second time in just a few of months that I’ve placed an order and it hasn’t shipped on time as the company policy for shipping deadlines stated. They do not seem to care. I have tried contacting them and get nowhere. They are extremely unhelpful IF they even bother to reply to my emails asking for any updates. I had a great experience with Nature Backs! I ordered a few logo shirts and some blank T-shirts. There was a small mix-up with my order, but their customer service was amazing—quick to respond and immediately took care of it by shipping the correct items out. I’ve been ordering from the company for a few years now, and I’m not sure what happened but they’ve gone to sh*t. The shirts are so inconsistent with sizing that I’ve literally had to give my child one or two of the shirts I’ve ordered (bc getting a refund is laughable). I just recently made my last order with this company. I ordered The Lovers shirt they advertised for Valentine’s Day (plus a couple other shirts). The shirts took weeks to arrive, two of them taking a whole entire month. When reaching out to the company they made no effort to make anything right. Just sent snarky emails back saying “looks like it shipped” and also telling me it was late bc they had a two day storm. I replied that I’m not sure how a two day storm made my shirts a whole MONTH late. Not even an offer to refund the shipping, or maybe a discount for a future order, nada. Nothing. But whatever. Whoever is running that company needs some serious customer service lessons. They lost a customer. Not that they care.
