First of all I am in love with the quality of this brand. I have had my little hoops now for 6 years. Wore it every day and night. The customer service is extremely lovely and so helpful. They helped me with my order for bigger hoops. And I am extremely grateful. So - if you want high quality that last years and looks incredible plus feel taken care of they are the right fit for you.

I contacted Maria Black four times by email and called multiple times over more than a month about a defective silver ring that developed deep scratches and small holes after only a few weeks. Not once did I get a response. For a brand that presents itself as premium, this is absolutely unacceptable. The product quality is poor, and the customer service is completely nonexistent. Avoid buying from this shop!

I lost my Triad piercing (gold with real diamonds) because the back came loose on its own. I still have the backing, clearly indicating a product fault rather than misuse.

Customer service refused to help, citing the two-year warranty, even though the item was purchased in 2020. While that may be the official policy, I expected more from a premium brand – both in terms of product durability and customer care.

What’s more concerning: a friend of mine experienced the exact same issue with the same piercing – which suggests a potential flaw in the design.

For a piece at this price point, this level of quality and service is simply not acceptable. It’s disappointing, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend buying such an expensive item if it can’t be relied on.

One of the few newer jewelry brands that truly deliver on quality and customer service. Their gold-plated rings maintain their color for a long time, and the bracelets feel very well-made.

The design and material quality of the products is excellent, to last and enjoy for a lifetime. The costumer service also reflects this quality, I had a small issue and Pia was so helpful and resourceful, way beyond expectations!

Very poor quality, bought a chain bracelet but it's broken after 2 weeks use, and the color is not consistent as well, It looks like cheap gold plated.

Useless customer care. The address UPS was trying to deliver to was incorrect; I contacted Maria Black's customer care to ask them for help changing the address, but they told me they couldn't do anything about it, and that i had to contact UPS. UPS is ridiculously slow to respond, and Maria Black is actually UPS' customers in this case, so it would make more sense for them to contact to UPS, but whatever.

I recently had a piercing with Dobs at Selfridges. He was very professional & made me feel very comfortable. He gave me time during the consultation. also explained everything so thoroughly and was very attentive to details. Had to leave a review cause I was very happy with the experience .

I had my ear piercing appointment with Sasha from Maria Black who is super friendly and a caring person. I was very nervous. However, Sasha made me feel comfortable during the whole process, she was extremely gentle during the procedure. Excellent customer service, Really pleased with my piercing, very professional! CS on the hotline is friendly, shipment was fast. Nothing fancy about the earring I ordered cause' it is a basic piercing hoop in 14K YG, but the quality is excellent.

Maria Black have the kindest, most helpful, staff you could imagine - nothing was a problem for them! The quality of my Casablanca earrings (size 8) is amazing, they clip in tightly and securely, look beautiful and are very substantial yet super comfortable to wear.

Above and beyond customer service, in addition to great products! Highly recommended!

Currently, I own five pairs of Maria black earrings and one locket with two coins. Quality of the item is good, yes it is little pricy but it is unique. Just saw that they did sample sale in Copenhagen, wish they do it online too.

Normally, purchased them through other high end shops e.g yoox and such. It was my first time actually purchasing from their main website. Had a little bit of problem with the second order as the one of the item was out of stock, but it was not reflected in the checkout. It was resolved the day after through customer service.

But they do not offer free return postage so it can be little annoying for first none-danish buyers.

I can't speak Danish, so I leave a review in English. I made several overseas purchases, and when I inquired about complicated problems such as customer duties, an employee named "Lisa" solved them very quickly, accurately, and kindly. I will continue to purchase from Maria Black thanks to "Lisa". I hope "Lisa" will be the best employee of the year.

I had a damage to the ring I ordered and the customer service got back to me quickly and gave me the help I needed.
