These shoes are probably the most expensive cheaply made shoes I've ever been tricked into buying. The leather is not quality leather it's more like very thin pleather. The fit is not standard, I wear a 9 across the board in several brands-I couldn't get a decent fit on two separate pairs. There is nothing good I can say about this "brand" of footwear! Look elsewhere and avoid Marc Nolan.com

Marc Nolan are effectively selling shoes that will be too small for you because of the inaccurate size chart conversion.

What is worse 😕 they refused to change my order ten minutes after I realised their false advertisements.

And finally they refused even to refund my money 💰

This size chart conversion to EU sizes is completely too small...US 15 should equal EU 50cm but they have it as 48.5 cm

I ordered chocolate brown leather loafers and received something completely different: light burgundy and plastic-looking. I contacted Marc Nolan 8 times (4 emails + 4 calls) and have received no reply.

Be careful. I love the shoes. I bought a pair last week and I am trying to get a price adjustment. Their customer service is nonexistent so far. I tried texting their customer support. That was yesterday 11/7 at 9:22am. Still no response. Tried calling and went directly into voicemail to leave a message. I’m trying email next. Be careful so far there is no customer service.

I am going to add to the bad reviews already on here. I have ordered a pair of shoes over the years thinking that they're actually going to look like they do in the picture but they don't even come close. They're oversized, way too bulky, they steal creative ideas from more sophisticated shoe companies thst frankly just do it better, and they aren't made well overall. But what's really unforgivable is the terrible customer service. One of the worst that I have ever experienced. So Im the idiot fir going back for more of this dreck but im done now as you should be as well. Better yet dont even get started...there are much better shoe companies out there so do not waste your time with what will inevitably be a very frustrating experience

Right now Im giving a 2 rating depending on the outcome of my issue. Beautiful rich color classic triple brown suede loafer per website picture. It arrived today, to my utmost disappointment it didnt resemble the advertised photo whatsoever ever. Colors are very bland, and at a mere 6-8 feet it looks like a solid color shoe. The deep rich chocolate color looks like a light gray. Im sending them photos and awaiting the outcome. The representative said they will compare the photos because they hadn't had any problems with the shoe. I hope I will be able to raise and not lower my rating.

box came fine ,the boots wrapped like a mummy ,unwrapped 1 1/2 inch razor scratch across left toe box called got a hard time and hung up on you need to prove damage with photos which I sent in said DID NOT GET STILL WORK IN PROGRESS WEEK IN SO FAR

DON'T BE FOOLED, TOTAL TRASH! Item had a great look and style which is why I purchased. The old saying you get what you pay for.... this is the cheapest shoe i have ever purchased, should have known by the price at mid 100's. They squeaked from day 1, customer service suggested "wearing them until the noise wore out," which proved to me they know nothing about apparel. Have replaced the shank in both shoes after wearing around 6 times. Now finish is wearing off.

The boots I received from MarcNolan.com were brown when the item listing and the order both clearly list the color as "Steel Gray". As this item is listed as Final Sale, Marc Nolan refused to allow me to return the item without charging a 25% "Restocking" (e.g. Extortion) Fee. Given that I didn't receive the product that I ordered, of course I am entitled to a full refund. But Marc Nolan refused to even acknowledge the color discrepancy, much less make any effort to make things right. Every time I asked them what color was listed on the product description online and the order, they refused to answer...instead just repeating "you received what you ordered" (even though the indisputable facts clearly proved that to be untrue).

They also refused to post my negative review clearly indicating that their marcnolan.com review ratings lack integrity and are artificially inflated. I am disputing the transaction through my credit card company and will never do business with Marc Nolan again. I don't do business with companies that lack integrity, are unwilling to stand behind their products and attempt to unethically exploit their own mistakes to extract profit from their customers. And I would strongly advise you to not do business with Marc Nolan as well.

If I could give a quarter star, I would. The company does not stand behind it's products. Bought a pair of shoes that were never delivered, and although I called and sent multiple e-mails they refuse to acknowledge the mistake. They charged me $5 for delivery insurance for the item and still cannot get them to refund me. Second item I ordered in my size, but the item is at least 2 sizes bigger than the size on the item, so they look like clown shoes when I put them on. They said if I'm willing to pay them $25 to restock, I can get another size, but what size would I even order?!? Although they said I had 30 days to return or exchange, now they say no returns or exchanges. Save your money! Although the items look cute in picks, you can trust the sizing or the company!

Bought a pair of boots from them. After 3 times wearing them, the dye on the boot is coming off. Because it was a final sale item, they refused to work with me. They offered me $25 back, but this was an obvious defect. Their warranty covers it, but they are standing their ground since it was a final sale item. Won't be doing business with them again.
