Somebody misused my debit card in this store online yesterday to make two purchases. The investigation is in course. I am in Spain and the fraudster is probably in the USA. I have never used this card anywhere...the site must have very vulnerable security as well. Do not purchase anything there to leave your data - it will not be secure and the result can be identity theft.
Anau Enterprises LLC offers good prices but ignores customer requests if things need to be fixed.
I placed an order with Anau Enterprises LLC on October 23, 2023 for 4 items (including the order number as often when reviews aren't positive the company tries to act like it isn't a legitimate review - ORDER #15344). The prices were reasonable and I received notification on the same day that the items were shipped. I looked forward to trying the products and planned on making additional purchases if all went well.
3 out of the 4 items arrived in pristine shape. The 4th item arrived damaged with the product spilling out to the point that the box was soft and damaged and the actual bottle was also damaged. I reviewed the policy of t he company and contacted them to request to return the damaged item for a refund. I never requested a second item and I again said I wanted to return the item, not just ask for my money back. I quickly received a response apologizing for the way that the item was received but instead of honoring my request to return and receive a refund, the customer service representative instead just notified me that they would be shipping a new bottle. I again let them know that my request was to return the damaged bottle and receive a refund but this was again ignored and the representative only reported that they were sending (or sent) a new bottle. I again responded and asked why my request for a return and reimbursement was not being honored and that is when the representative (Andrea Rodriguez) told me, "no worries I will send a replacement We can’t refund only 1 item." Now their website says to receive a refund or replacement you need to show proof which was provided, but suddenly now the representative is stating that they can only provide a replacement instead of just refunding 1 item, which is ridiculous. Companies provide partial refunds all of the time.
As the representative now has stated that they can't refund just one item, I requested to have all of the items returned, and of course they didn't want to do that. Despite my request for a return of the DAMAGED item and a refund, this was not honored. I filed a claim with PayPal and after that I received a email from the representative stating, "We just received the case with papypal, from this moment on,we are just dealing with them. Have a nice day."
