Very bad service. Waiting over one month on my delivery of 4 DSW chairs, telephone is not working and my e-mail and webform still not answered. Waste of time and money!

Very Impressed!! Ordered on there last day of dispatch and Ana did everything to get the furniture to our house before Christmas Day.
Very pleased with everything from Retro especially with the service I received from Ana.
Left our ordering to the last minute but they pulled out all the stops to get the delivery date before Christmas day for us.
All the chairs arrived in good condition in boxes and bubble wrap.
Thank you Retro will be recommending to all.

Little production flaws but good overall
I ordered the dsw chairs in white. They came later then expected but still soon enough.
Some of the screw holes have some production flaws which make it impossible to screw the screw in completely. Some of the wood was also a little bit chipped. But it has no huge impact on the chairs.

Well made very stylish and comfortable sofas.
The Le Bauhaus sofas and daybed i ordered looks great in the dining room, giving it a modern and expensive look I think.
Delivery was very fast packaging was great and progress updates of order excellent.

Ordered the Tulip Floor Lamp. It was perfectly delivered on time.
Unfortunately the base was pretty much damaged. A new base was sended to me without any additional costs.
The beautiful lamp is prefect complete now.

Great from your side, delivery could be improved to get 5 stars.
So ordering and communication from your side was great, quick helpful responses and the one time I called I was helped immediately.
The only issue was that I was told I would be contacted by the delivery people to arrange it. They literally called me the day the were at my appartment with the product. I obviously was at work.
The second time it worked but it was a nuisance.

Been very good for me buying from Retro Europe
I've probably spent about 6000EUR from Retro Europe over the past 18 months.
Things always arrived on time and nothing damaged at all and there service is very fast.
My last order was for new leather sofa Le Bauhaus i was pleased with the free delivery they offered me when i spoke to Maria.

I couldn't find lamps that I liked that were also a normal price. When I searched online, I found exactly the lamps I was looking for on the site of Retro Europe and for a great price. At first I was a little bit reticent: lamps from Spain.. Will they ever arrive? Am I ever going to get the lamps I paid for? When I couldn't find anything else I liked, I decided to order them and hoped for the best. The service was great! I received an e-mail when they sent my package. They delivered them at my house within two weeks and they look exactly like I hoped! Thank you, Retro Europe for these great lamps for an excellent price! I will definitely place an order again if I ever want something new! :-)
