Maple prime and customer Service
Customer service I've read reviews where reviewers stated customer service was terrible and they didn't return calls I was starting to believe this when the next morning received a call back from maple prime customer service I told the rep who was very friendly that i purchased a fragrance then I noticed the price dropped she said she would get with her supervisor and email me with the outcome and she did exactly as she stated they honored the price change and refunded the difference so I can truly say maple prime is a trustworthy company and customer service is great I will be doing more business with them

I ordered two tester bottles and unfortunately a few days later they reached out to me to inform me they were out of stock and I could order something else or get a refund. I picked out a fragrance similar in price and the main boss contacted me to apologize for the inconvenience and offered to give me the bottle I picked out plus a non-tester bottle of the original fragrance I wanted which goes for $231 or two Prada Amber Pour Homme which I picked to replace the two $45 tester bottles I originally ordered, or one Prada Amber Pour Homme and a full refund. I ultimately chose one Prada Amber Pour Homme and a non-tester bottle of Patek Maison luminous ghost which was valued over $300. Now that is great customer service when they mess up. It took awhile to get both bottles but they communicated the whole time and responded to every message. They are fantastic at correcting their mistakes, I'll definitely order again.

Empty box delivery
I have order Prada men parfum.Waiting two weeks ,,delivery person buzz my number and delivery empty box in the front of mail box.
He saw that box open ,try to close and make photo that he delivered.
Not sure what he thinking but building have camera in front,and lobby ,,,I send all information, with photo of person who do that, to maple prime ,but there was no any news from them..

Purchased V&R Flowerbomb through the website and it was never sent out. They created a label but the package never moved. After multiple emails and calls to a voicemail I was told I would be given a refund via Amazon. I never purchased it via Amazon. Finally 2-3 weeks later I was refunded. Prices were clearly too good to be true. Will not shop here ever again

ordered some cologne that I have been looking for for quite a while as its not sold in Canada anymore. easy to order off of the shop app through them. Didn't have issues with delivery but when trying to track nothing was updating on the shop app so I reached out to customer service if they could find out for me what was going on. they replied in a timely manner with some information that was helpful and then I received the package a day or two later
