I tried very hard to place an order for the product I wanted, but instead found myself going back and forth for 17 DAYS with a so-called “Customer Success Agent” who was extremely unhelpful and repeatedly came up with excuses as to why I couldn’t order the product I wanted (and yes, it was in stock 🤦🏻♂️).
Eventually, I gave up and asked them to stop emailing me. Instead of respecting that, she sent yet another patronising email today. It contained more excuses, and she apologised again that my “expectations hadn’t been met” — as though my expectations were the issue, rather than their refusal to assist with what really should be a straightforward order.
I’ve since seen that many other reviewers have had similar problems with this company’s customer service. I only wish I had read those reviews before wasting so much time trying to buy from them.
That said, I am grateful that I didn't purchase because if the presales support is this rude and unhelpful, I can see why so many people have issues with aftersales support. I think I dodged a bullet here.
And one last thing.... don't sign up for their emails unless you don't mind receiving clickbait multiple times a day.
Update: the response below is really deceptive and misleading. I did try to order from the US store however it wouldn't ship to my address in Australia,…and yes, I did tell the ‘Customer Success Agent’ this happened. I was told to try again and got the same message 🤦🏻♂️.
The bundle I wanted to order has individual items which are all in stock in the Aus store.
I am still receiving clickbait/emails even after unsubscribing myself as well as asking to be removed. I have been told twice that I will and have been removed a yet the emails keep on coming…multiple emails daily.
An example of this would be the three emails I’ve received telling me that I have left something in my cart…clicking on the link in that email takes me to an empty shopping cart because I can’t order the bundle I wanted. Yes, Mantasleep… ‘my expectations’ are clearly the problem here,

Stays on!-Love this mask. I have tried several others but have always had issues with them falling off. This one stays on, doesn’t move around, and doesn’t let in any light. I have sensitive skin and haven’t had any problems with breakouts or irritation. It’s very soft and comfortable.

I ordered the Manta ProSleep Mask and reached out to Manta as I couldn't seem to position it in a way that didn't cause sinus pressure pain and stifle the breathing in and out of my nose more. After some solid suggestions that also unfortunately failed, I let them know and within a short time they had honoured their 60 day money back gaurantee. This was a really positive experience and my only disappointment is that I couldn't wear it due to my sinuses.

I enjoy the system quite a bit while I do have a few nitpicks they don't really bother me that much.
I have the worst stompy upper neighbors and these were the last bit I needed to drown them out.
I did have one of the speakers die on me, but I did get them replaced, customer service was great, understanding and I didn't have a fuss.

I am very pleased with the products I purchased for my husband and myself. I had been referred to Manta from my daughter who is a lighter sleeper than myself and I loved her sleep mask. I purchased a silk mask for myself and a basic for my husband, with ear plugs for when we travel. I had a question that Erica, in Customer Service, resolved with ++ service as well. I am very impressed with Manta and highly recommend them!

I’d heard a lot of great things about Manta Sleep masks, so I decided to buy one for my partner’s birthday. Unfortunately, the box arrived damaged, so I contacted customer support for help. Kristy Valencia was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. They quickly arranged for a replacement sleep mask to be sent at no additional cost and apologised for the inconvenience. This level of service really stands out and will definitely encourage me to choose Manta again in the future.

I bought my first Manta Mask in 2021. One of my coworkers suggested a weighted mask as I suffered debilitating migraines. I was surprised of how it had the perfect pressure for those nasty migraines and it completely shut out any light! I ended up buying the original mask for napping and travel and I couldn't be happier with both purchases! They are still so soft and plush and block all light.
I was on the fence about purchasing either a sound mask or the white noise machine. I already had a white noise machine, which was more annoying than helpful. But, I also love to fall asleep to Yoga Nidra meditations. I ended up settling on the noise machine and felt super excited to receive it last Friday. Unfortunately upon powering on and pairing my booster speaker, the white noise machine speaker decided that it didn't want to go on and started sputtering and producing popping and other odd noises that signified an electronic issue. I tried the usual shutting off and powering it on again, unplugging it and plugging it back it, and then letting it sit for a while before trying it again. Unfortunately, it never came back to life.
I reached out to the Manta team within the hour of receiving it with a video. Because it was the weekend I didn't hear back right away, but understandably so. When I did hear back, Sienna offered a sincere apology and included info on troubleshooting steps. Even though I walked through them the speaker did not reset. Sienna and the team decided to just send me another speaker with no questions asked or requests made. I felt so supportive and so very well taken care of! Even though they mentioned understanding how frustrating this could be I just reassured them that, although it was a bummer, it wasn't frustrating at all. These things happen but I also know the quality of products they make. I've LOVED my Manta masks for the last 5 years. And if they ever fall apart, I will order new ones! I am beyond thankful for such quality. This speaker thing is just a fluke I believe but I was thankful to experience their quality that is extended to their customer support team.
