My daughter bought me the best present ever - a Drowsy Sleep Mask!
It’s like silky clouds for your eyes. I tend to sleep with my eyes slightly apart and they dry out and then water. This caused them to be puffy in the morning. No puffy morning eyes now!!

Have purchased two Drowsy Sleep Masks and wouldn't use any other brand. The silk is luxurious. The mask is the perfect size, so comfortable you wouldn't know you are wearing it. I have just ordered the Silk pillowcases and very excited to try them to complete the perfect silky night sleep

Personal phone call received from Drowsy’s COO to resolve issues caused by Royal Mail returning item to sender. Thank you - it is appreciated

Paid for 1-2 days express shipping but wasn’t shipped for 4 days. DPD failed to deliver twice for no reason then it said returned to sender. Emailed Drowsy to discuss and ask for a refund or replacement. This was over 10 days ago and heard nothing from them or anyone. My wife’s birthday was 13 Feb and I ordered on 9 Feb.

The silk eye masks are amazing! I have used them for years and love how they feel and how I relax the minute I put it on. I couldn't sleep without one now. I’ve just ordered another one as my old one is looking tired now.

I have bought sleep masks and pillows from Drowsy, and their silk is sumptuous, and their colours terrific! Both help sleep really well.

TL;DR — my order was so late that I submitted a cancelation and refund request (4 times), but they've dodged the request entirely and still only shipped half of what I paid for.

I ordered 2 masks with an estimated delivery date of 3-5 working days. As the items were intended as a gift, once it reached 7 working days and the order was still marked as unfulfilled (not even dispatched), I requested to cancel the order via their site. Twice. I then followed that up via email.

At first they got back to me and said that 1 of the masks was out of stock but I could select an alternative. I reiterated that I wanted to cancel the order entirely and receive a refund. I got nothing back until an email came through that half of my order had been dispatched — contrary to what I'd requested 4 times by this point. So I emailed again reiterating my request to cancel.

I got a response today (days later) confirming that 1 mask should arrive today. No mention was made to the other mask, or the fact that I'd asked to cancel, or with any information or next steps re. the part of my order that is still unfulfilled.

This is such an underhand customer service tactic and I'm appalled that their replies continue to ignore my actual requests.

Update: they've offered to refund me the value of the cheapest item from my order but, given it's the most expensive item from the order that they haven't sent, this means I'd have paid £79 for an item worth £69. So they're charing me more than the value of what I've received. I'll be escalating to the ombudsman.

Customer service doesn't seem to exist??

I've emailed, contacted their website and messaged their account on Instagram and have not had any response.

I placed an order and received a confirmation email of my order - delivery says 2-5 days. It's now been 10 days and my order is still being "processed" and there is no way to track it.

UPDATE:
I finally got a response on Instagram prompting the customer service team to respond to my emails.

They said they were resolving a "fulfilment issue" - Within an hour my order had finally been marked as "on its way".

All a bit of a headache to be honest. But glad it has been resolved.

It has completely changed my sleep, I couldn’t believe how much deeper and longer I was sleeping for. Or how refreshed I feel in the morning! Absolute game changer

I was gifted this by my husband, I hadn’t heard of them before and now I cannot recommend it enough! In the 4 weeks I’ve been using my eye mask, I’ve noticed an in incredible change in my skin, especially any puffiness under eyes, and I’ve also bought them as gifts for friends. I’m absolutely converted and will buy them for gifts for the foreseeable.

I have tried so many different eye masks and had to just say on here that this is by far the best one I’ve ever worn. Does not irritate me in the night, like some, keeps you in complete darkness, I use it for festivals too. No wrinkles on my face and also keeps my hair in shape!!
I love it so much I tell all my clients at the salon, and I’ve hust brought 2 more so one as a spare and one as a gift for my friend. So 3 in all!!

I've purchased multiple sleep masks from Drowsy for myself and family members. Everyone loves them and now can't sleep without them or with anything else. They are so comfortable and block out so much light thanks to the size. The adjustable size is very convenient and even my small 10 year old daughter can use it because of the adjustability.

I’ve purchased plenty of sleep masks but this one is the best. It stays in place, blocks out all the light and it keeps my hair in place so I do not wake up with bed hair! I have purchased 3 now. One is always in my luggage for travel.

Easy to buy from and the product is great. I bought my first mask in 2022 and just bought my second today. It’s improved my quality of sleep immeasurably. I’d strongly recommend.

Such a great company and their masks are absolutely amazing. I am sleeping so much better.

Brought one for myself and since then I’ve brought them for my 5 best friends! It’s an expense but I can’t argue with the results. Less lines and great sleep!

They shipped me not the eyelash protecting ones on but the flat I’ve emailed soo many times no one replies they don’t care so I wore the one with the gold braid scratch the heck out oh my face the gold braid hurts I’ve reordered as I love the mask they are ruining their company by poor customer service not paying attention to their shipping so I don’t think they will be in business long I reordered as I love the mask I just got tricked by them melchor hines and I ordered 2 of the scratchy ones
