I was very disappointed with the mum to be hamper I ordered for my daughter, especially the baby balm which had an unpleasant texture and smell. The other items were poor quality too.

Sometimes they do land in junk mail, but they are linked with the Royal Mail Business mail delivery system we use and send updates and link to the RM site with tracking. You can also log in to your order and view tracking details there.

Was bought a gift box when I was pregnant with my first baby and have consistently replaced products and bought for other pregnant friends. When I couldn’t see something on the website I sent a message and had a quick reply when stock was replenished so I could order again.

Hello Kerstin. we are very sorry to hear that your order is being returned by customs. We take all steps available to try to prevent this, and all orders are sent using digital tracking via Royal mail and do contain pricing information and IOSS codes. We also pay the VAT our end using the system set up after Brexit. Unfortunately due to recent government changes, border force appear to be holding up some parcels and charging duty. We are very sorry this has happened with your order.

Lovely experience. I bought a gift set for a colleague who was going on maternity leave and they loved it so much. It came in lovely packaging as well which was perfect for just giving to them with no need to wrap etc.
Will definitely keep in mind for similar situations.

A beautifully packaged and well thought out letterbox gift for my ailing sister and she was more than delighted with it. She is vegan and adores all natural ingredients in her food, beauty products etc and this mini spa hit the brief.
