Great customer service
I was very excited about ordering the Edo glasses as a gift. When I purchased them free whiskey stones were added to my cart as a bonus. What a nice surprise - be great to add them to my gift I thought.
The glasses arrived in a timely manner but no whiskey stones.
I emailed customer service and it took serval days to got a response. They said they were overwhelmed with the response to their sale, which is good for them.
Apparently they had a software issue and the free whiskey stones should not have been put in my cart.
They have promised to honor they mistake and will send the whiskey stones out to me. Very nice customer service.
Thank you Malt and Brew. I’m glad they have done this as I will definitely be buying more glasses as presents, they are a unique gift to buy for someone that has everything.
Fantastic service
Fantastic service, great quality product and super fast shipping. Highly recommend
Excellent customer service and kept me…
Excellent customer service and kept me updated on shipping highly recommended as arrived within a week of ordering . Thank you fabulous glasses. Love them
Beautiful Product!
Very quick service, postage was very quick and everything arrived safely.
Glass is absolutely beautiful, can’t wait to give it to my partner for Christmas! Very good quality absolutely would recommend!
Don't get the wooden box!
Don't get the wooden box!
Brought the 2 piece Japan Inspired Hammer Glass in wooden box for $69.95.
The glasses are lovely but the wooden boxes are beyond a disappointed. They are cheaply made, unvarnished and don't look like the display picture. Instead they just say "malt and brew" on the side. I wish I had got the less expensive box now as I think the quality of the box would have been better.
Also I live in Townsville, Australia and ordered 20th in the afternoon and received Tues 30th. So about a 9-10day delivery. If anyone is curious for Christmas.
Reply to comment: The 2 piece Japan Inspired Wave glass without wooden box is $44.95. I paid $69.95 (for Japan inspired hammer glass) Therefore I paid an extra $25 because I wanted the wooden box. The same cost as a single glass.
I would have happily gotten the Japan Inspired Wave glass had it been available with the wooden box. (Prior to knowing the quality of the box). So while the box means very little to you. I paid an extra $25 because I assumed the quality of the box would be the same pride and quality reflected in your glass making.

Although I was happy with the prompt…
Although I was happy with the prompt delivery, I am very disappointed with the lack of response from your customer service department.
I wrote an email on the 2nd November, the day after I received my order (Order#5723), to advise that one of the glasses I purchased arrived damaged and I'm yet to receive a response!!
I feel this is very poor service and disregard towards a customer.
I like the product I purchased and I would like it replaced by one that is not damaged and after having paid for something I think one deserves that product asap!

Great Quality, Range + Fast Shipping
My two Mt Asama Whisky Tasting Glasses came right on time and my sister absolutely loved it and the quality of the glasses. My glasses came with individual wooden boxes and even a free coaster. Love their customer service and the extra step they take to communicate with their customers. Perfect gift options, fast shipping they make sure to send it out as fast as they can to get it to you quickly. It almost didn’t even feel like a cross state shipping.
Overall 5 star experience, you can definitely purchase with them if you want gift ideas check out their range!

Prompt and professional service along with great quality purchase
Beautiful classes and recieved quickly.
Tiny glasses dont be fooled by the pics
Like the other negative reviews on here, the quality of the product does not match the price they are charging. Buyer beware - these are not full sized glasses they're advertising on their website but TASTING GLASSES aka tiny vessels that only hold one cup of liquid. I was going to give this as a present to my partner but when I received the order I realised it would be too embarrassing to give these shot glasses as a present. I emailed the company about it but I felt the tone of the reply was more defensive than apologetic.
They did ask if I wanted to return the order but I just can't be bothered to arrange logistics. For $40 a glass, I reckon these look like they're only worth $10. Basically overpriced for the size and quality. Look elsewhere if you want good quality products and don't be fooled by the pretty pictures on the website.

Terrific customer service
Terrific customer service from sale through to delivery of my great glasses. Quick delivery and friendly communications added to the first class service
The glasses are absolutely stunning
The glasses are absolutely stunning. The most beautiful design and craftsman ship. So easy to order and delivery was also fast and matched the time estimated. Would recommend as a gift for a special occasion any time. The great range also enables it be pretty personal.
Thanks
Amazing design
The glasses look amazing and short turn around between ordering and being delivered 👌 will definitely order more 😁
Nice glasses great for gift
Not value for money
I had two Japanese inspired whisky glasses . One is Sakura snow which is quite good. Good size n shape. However the Sengen is a bit of disappointment. The size is small n super light. It feels a bit cheap. Not value for money.
