I went to quite a few mortgage advisors before being introduced to Jayne. They all came to the same stumbling block. Jayne went over and above that block and managed to find me a deal when I was slowly losing hope. She was courteous, prompt and contactable. I would highly recommend Jayne and Mallory Financial in a heartbeat.

A tricky divorce left me with a problematic credit file which almost led me down the path of 'non-high street' lenders with far higher % rates. Mallory Financial were able to secure me a deal with a 'normal' lender at a time when I thought I would lose my family home completely. Jayne & Hollie were able to push things along and kick people's @45£5 when needed. And when dealing with the likes of Integrar and HSBC, that evidently needs doing on numerous occasions! A last minute increase to my mortgage request was also dealt with efficiently.

Jayne was superb and handled every step of the application from start to finish. I didn't know what mortgage I required but liked Jayne's idea of an offset mortgage. This would allow me to use my cash savings to reduce the interest payable on the mortgage.

Jayne offered me multiple options and sorted a Barclays Offset Mortgage for me. Without Jayne's advice I wouldn't have even known that offset mortgages existed.
